Der nette Herr Verkäufer hat sich wirklich nur mir gewidmet und ich konnte mir im Obergeschoß seperiert unterschiedlichste Nadeln, Versärker und Lautsprecher anhören. Sehr empfehlenswerter Service! THE hi-fi shop in Graz! Bought my turntable and amplifier here and was given very professional advice. The nice gentleman salesman really only devoted himself to me and I was able to separately listen to a wide variety of needles, booster and loudspeakers on the upper floor. Highly recommended service!

Immer bekam ich eine super Beratung und einen mehr als fairen Preis! Niemals musste ich feilschen oder entdeckte zufällig das gleiche Produkt irgendwo anders günstiger - abgesehen davon gibt es ohnehin kaum mehr "echte" Geschäfte, in die man hinein gehen und die Ware auch anhören (bzw. ansehen) kann. Robert Czesany bot mir auch stets die Möglichkeit, einen neuen Verstärker, CD-PLAYER, Boxen oder Tuning Artikel in meinen eigenen vier Wänden zu testen. Als ich mich vor einem Monat dazu entschloss meine Hifi Anlage teilweise zu erneuern (Amp, CD-Laufwerk, Kabel, Netzleiste) kam mir das HIFI TEAM nicht nur wieder preislich entgegen, sondern - aufgrund des lockdown - sogar wortwörtlich und brachte bzw. sendete mir umgehend die Ware direkt zum Testen nach Hause. Und wieder einmal war ich.... dankbar!, für die Produkte, für deren Know-how, für das sogenannte Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. AUF DIE NÄCHSTEN 15 JAHRE!!! I have been a customer of the HIFI TEAM Graz for almost 15 years and I am still simply thrilled. I always got great advice and a more than fair price! I never had to haggle or happened to find the same product cheaper anywhere else - apart from that, there are hardly any "real" shops where you can go into and listen to (or look at) the goods. Robert Czesany always offered me the opportunity to test a new amplifier, CD PLAYER, boxes or tuning items in my own four walls. When I decided to partially renew my hi-fi system a month ago (amp, CD drive, cable, power strip), the HIFI TEAM not only met me again in terms of price, but - due to the lockdown - even literally and brought or sent me immediately send the goods to your home for testing. And once again I was ... grateful! For the products, for their know-how, for the so-called price-performance ratio. FOR THE NEXT 15 YEARS !!!

With Mr. Czesanny's Assistance and Demonstration of the Tschuchnik .Project turntable and Boenicke Speakers, they turned into an experience that only Goethe could duly describe. I went home with the beautiful Ayon Seagul speakers, which does not undermine my happiness, anyway .... Everyone who wants to open the door of the Haven Hifi team is the right and only address.
