Daraufhin haben wir ein sehr angenehmes und professionelles Gespräch gehabt, wo wir uns bzgl. einem potenziellen Jobangebot ausgetauscht haben. Leider hatte ich ein paar Male das Vergnügen mit anderen Headhunter/Jobvermittlungsfirmen die was versprochen haben und sich nicht daran gehalten haben. Es blieb leider immer nur bei einem ersten Gespräch. Ich muss ehrlich zugeben dass ich am Anfang sehr skeptisch war, aber Herr Tomislav Baric hat mir bewiesen dass es definitiv auch anders sein kann. Er hat mich über die ganze Zeit des Prozesses unterstützt, up-to-date gehalten und vor allem motiviert. Vor allem hat er mich dabei unterstütz und dazu geraten noch mehr an mich zu glauben. Das aller wichtigste ist: Er hat mir zugehört und mich verstanden wie ich ticke und was mir beruflich gut tut. Anfangs war ich von dem Jobangebot nicht begeistert aber ich wurde sehr gut beraten, somit sind wir gemeinsam diesen Weg gegangen.
