Nachdem ich nicht wie angekündigt eine Versandbenachrichtigung erhalten hatte, probierte ich den Kundenservice telefonisch zu erreichen. Dieses gelang mir leider erst beim 6. Versuch, vorher war die Leitung immer belegt und nicht verfügbar. Angeblich lag ein "Systemfehler" vor, der verhinderte, dass meine Bestellung weiter verarbeitet wird. Da es sich um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk handelte, welches nun nicht mehr pünktlich ankommt, ärgere ich mich schon sehr. Immerhin wurde mir eine Gutschrift von 12 EUR angeboten, welche mir erstattet werden soll. Für das Angebot jetzt schon den zweiten Stern, wenn das Geld da ist und die Bestellabwicklung ab jetzt auch noch reibungslos verläuft gibt es auch noch den Dritten. Mittlerweile ist der Betrag und die Bestellung eingetroffen und auch der Informationsfluss funktionierte. Deshalb jetzt der dritte Stern...
