Beim letzten Mal wurde mir ein Kostenvoranschlag von 500€ insgesamt gesagt. Gekostet hat es dann 700. Unter anderem weil das Ersatzteil 490€ gekostet hat. Im Internet gibt es das gleiche Originalteil für 280€. Beide Male inkl Mwst. Finger weg von dieser Firma. I had this company do a service on my gas boiler 3 times. 2 times bad, once good. Last time I was told a total estimate of € 500. It then cost 700. Among other things, because the spare part cost € 490. The same original part is available on the Internet for € 280. Both times including VAT. Stay away from this company.

s	sophieka __ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben leider keine guten Erfahrungen mit der Firma IGB gemacht. Unsere Gastherme hat nicht mehr funktioniert (kein Warmwasser) also haben wir die Fa. IGB verständigt ... schnell war ein Monteur da, der aber leider nicht daran interessiert war uns zuzuhören sondern eher die Platine auszutauschen... Die Therme ist knapp 40 Jahre alt und wir wussten, dass wir diese bald austauschen müssen. Also haben wir zum Monteur gesagt er soll bitte vorerst prüfen ob sich eine Reparatur lohnt...hat er leider nicht gemacht sondern nur die Platine getauscht (Warmwasser kam trotzdem keines) ... wir hatten also kein Warmwasser & eine sehr hohe Rechnung!! Wir ließen die Platine wieder ausbauen und die Rechnung war trotzdem noch relativ hoch ... wir können daher die Fa. IGB leider nicht empfehlen. Unfortunately, we have not had good experiences with the IGB company. Our gas boiler no longer worked (no hot water) so we informed the IGB company ... a fitter was quickly there, but unfortunately he wasn't interested in listening to us, but rather exchanging the circuit board ... The thermal bath is almost 40 years old old and we knew that we would have to replace these soon. So we said to the fitter he should first check whether a repair is worthwhile ... unfortunately he did not do it but only replaced the circuit board (no hot water came anyway) ... so we had no hot water & a very high bill !! We had the circuit board removed and the bill was still relatively high ... unfortunately we cannot recommend IGB.
C	Carmen Roßwag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten einen Heizung- und Warmwasser Ausfall. Der Notdienst vom IGB konnte sehr Kompetent und schnell, alles wieder in Ordnung bringen. Had a heating and hot water failure. The emergency service from the IGB was able to put everything back in order very competently and quickly.
