★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schnelle Lieferung. Leider wurde das (nicht ganz günstige Bild) mit einem schwarzen Rahmen statt dem bestellten weißen Rahmen. Leider wirkt das Bild damit garnicht. Werden seit über einer Woche vertröstet. Das Bild sollte ein Hochzeitsgeschenk werden aber leider scheint es nicht ganz das Geschenk zu werden was es eigentlich werden sollte. Für das Bild und die eigentliche Lieferzeit würde es 5 Sterne geben aber durch den Kundenservice gibt es nur 2. Wir wissen aktuell immernoch nicht wann der Ersatzrahmen kommt. Wir wissen auch nicht ob er aktuell nicht lieferbar ist...
Fast delivery. Unfortunately, the (not very cheap picture) came with a black frame instead of the white frame that was ordered. Unfortunately, the picture doesn't work at all. Have been put off for over a week. The picture was supposed to be a wedding present, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be what it should be. For the picture and the actual delivery time it would give 5 stars, but due to customer service there are only 2. We still don't know when the replacement frame will arrive. We also don't know whether it is currently not available ...
