L	Lukas Betz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr geehrter Kröpfl-Team, leider bleibt mir nur die Möglichkeit auf diesem Wege meine Erfahrung mit ihrem Autohaus zu teilen. Zum einen ist auf mehrfache Anfrage kein Rückruf erfolgt, zum anderen werden Fahrzeuge scheinbar fiktiv aus dem Angebot gelöscht bei entsprechend hoher Nachfrage und zu erhöhten Preisen (angeblicher Verkauf) wieder inseriert. Der telefonische Kontakt war teilweise freundlich bis unterirdisch, versprochene Rückrufe sowie weitere Fahrzeugdetails kamen nachweislich nie an. Nicht zu empfehlen. Dear Kröpfl team, Unfortunately, I only have the option to share my experience with your dealership in this way. On the one hand, there was no recall following multiple requests; on the other hand, vehicles are apparently fictitiously deleted from the offer when there is a correspondingly high demand and at increased prices (alleged sale). The telephone contact was sometimes friendly to underground, promised recalls and other vehicle details never arrived. Not recommendable.

Obwohl es Arbeitszeiten gibt ist niemand zuständig, die Verkäufer können kaum ein Wort Deutsch. Man ist nicht willentlich dem Kunden was zu verkaufen. Eine Schande für Mercedes. Für mich persönlich nie mehr wieder. Und ich werde Der Daimler AG in Stuttgart höchst persönlich davon berichten. Da ich selber höchstpersönlich bei Mercedes arbeite. Einfach eine Schande!!! Very very very unprofessional operation. A shame how this company even managed to hang up the star. Although there are working hours, nobody is responsible, the salespeople can hardly speak a word of German. One is not willingly selling something to the customer. A shame for Mercedes. For me personally, never again. And I will report about it personally to Daimler AG in Stuttgart. Because I personally work at Mercedes myself. Just a shame !!!
H	Habib Dag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss leider meine Bewertung änder da ich die Professionalität von anfang sehr vermisse, seit ich mein mercedes in juli 2021 gekauft habe, gibts nur probleme. 5 x mal müsste ich hin und her fahren und das problem trotzdem nicht behoben zumindest kommt immer was neues raus.. hin und retour 600 km macht kein spaß mehr. Am liebsten würde ich das auto zurückgeben.. was mich auch nervt sind die ausreden wie "das haben wir nicht gewusst.. das haben wir nicht gesehen nicht getest nicht geprüft das ist uns noch nie passiert bla bla bla. Sie tauschen zwar alles auf Garantie aber meine 5 tage urlaub und die spritkosten von 3000 km muss ich natürlich selber zahlen.. Und damit ist anscheinend nicht alles getan muss wahrscheinlichnoch ein paar mal herfahren. Ich bereue es sehr das ich dieses Auto hier gekauft habe. Zu den Schäden die sie anscheinend nicht gewusst haben, gehört natürlich hagelschaden und parkschaden dazu. Naja beim ankaufen sehen sie alle mängel und beim verkaufen natürlich nicht logisch wie soll mann sonst profit machen. Alles was ich hier geschrieben und entspricht der wahrheit und kann alles Beweisen fals es euch interessiert. Unfortunately, I have to change my rating because I have missed the professionalism very much from the start, since I bought my Mercedes in July 2021, there are only problems. 5 times I would have to drive back and forth and the problem still not solved, at least something new comes out ... there and back 600 km is no longer fun. I would like to return the car .. what bothers me are the excuses like "we didn't know that .. we didn't see that not tested not checked that has never happened to us blah blah blah. They exchange everything on a guarantee but my 5 days vacation and of course I have to pay the fuel costs of 3000 km myself .. And that is apparently not all done, I probably have to go back a few times. I really regret buying this car here. Of course, damage from hail and parking damage is one of the damages that you apparently did not know. Well, when you buy, you see all the flaws and when you sell, of course, it is not logical, how else should you make a profit. Everything I have written here and is true and can prove anything if you are interested.

Top sales advice from Mr. Pegan, also took care of the organization for service etc. - service staff very competent and reliable -5!
R	Roadrunner Speedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da können sich einige Mercedeshändler etwas abschauen. Hier gilt Handschlagqualität. Angebot und Telefonat bis zum Kauf 3 Stunden inkl. Eintausch. In Mittersill brauchte man 1 Woche und brachte rein gar nichts zu Stande. Some Mercedes dealers can learn something from this. Handshake quality applies here. Offer and phone call up to purchase 3 hours including exchange. In Mittersill you needed 1 week and you couldn't accomplish anything.
F	Franz Trois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit dem Autohaus Kröpfl in Hartberg nicht zufrieden! Der Preis für meinen Gebrauchten war nach gründlicher Besichtigung vom Verkäufer mündlich ausgemacht. Wir einigten uns auf einen Aufpreis für den neuen gebrauchten.Bei der Abholung wurde der Preis für meine gebrauchten um 1000 € weniger in Rechnung gestellt.Es geht mir nicht um die1000 € ( ich hätte auch vom Kauf zurücktreten können )aber es gibt nicht nur gutes bei dieser Firma. I was not satisfied with the Kröpfl car dealership in Hartberg! The price for my used car was agreed orally by the seller after a thorough inspection. We agreed on a surcharge for the new used one. When I picked it up, my used one was charged 1000 € less. I'm not interested in the 1000 € (I could have withdrawn from the purchase) but there are not all good things at this company.

I am an Italian freelancer and I made several calls because I was interested in a mercedes cla, offered for sale at € 35,900.00. We were left on Monday that he would let me speak to the accountant to clarify some questions on where and how to pay VAT. We had also agreed on the price. The seller sold the car without informing you of anything the next day. The saddest story is that that car was then put on sale in Lombardy, at € 39,900.00. Lastly, the seller represented to me that he would let me know when he would have another Mercedes Cla. Well: there is another Cla on the site and the seller hasn't bothered to do what he promised to do. I am encouraged that not all mercedes dealerships are like this. I bought a GLA at the Beresa dealership in Munster. He reserved the car for me without asking me for an advance. They gave me the customs plates, a bottle of wine and filled me up with fuel. I do not recommend this seller.
