Laut Carglass Webseite und Hotline wäre der nächste freie Termin erst in einer Woche gewesen.
Also direkt zum Standort gefahren, und vom super Service total überrascht worden.
Es war ein Zeitfenster frei, also wurde das Auto gleich in eine freie Werkstatt gefahren.
Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang kümmerte sich um die Abwicklung mit der Versicherung, und nach genau 45 Minuten war die Scheibe wie neu, ohne das ich einen Cent dafür bezahlen musste.
Zusätzlich wurde ich über die Kooperation mit dem Versicherer aufgeklärt, und das dadurch bei Carglass ein, falls nötiger, Scheibentausch bei einer Teikasko um
EURO 100.- billiger ist als in der Vertragswerkstatt.
Da ich schon 4 Windschutzscheiben ersetzten lassen musste, hätte ich mich gefreut, wenn mein Versicherungsberater auf diese Kooperation hingewiesen hätte.
Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, Carglass bietet ein rundum Sorglospaket.
My windshield was badly chipped by rocks.
According to the Carglass website and hotline, the next free appointment would not have been for a week.
So drove straight to the location and was totally surprised by the great service.
There was a free time slot, so the car was immediately driven to a free workshop.
The receptionist took care of the insurance process, and after exactly 45 minutes the window was like new without having to pay a cent for it.
In addition, I was informed about the cooperation with the insurer, and that at Carglass, if necessary, to exchange windows at a Teikasko
EURO 100.- is cheaper than in the authorized workshop.
Since I already had to have 4 windshields replaced, I would have been happy if my insurance advisor had pointed out this cooperation.
In summary, one can say that Carglass offers an all-round carefree package.
