★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service ist recht gut. Der Mechaniker war sehr gewissenhaft, was heutzutage selten der Fall ist. Wollte mich vor kurzem erkundigen bzgl. neuen Civic. Da kam eine böse Überraschung. Weil alle ziemlich beschäftigt waren, habe ich um ein Anbot per Mail gebeten. Bisher ist nichts gekommen, und man hat den Eindruck gehabt, dass sie nur die Kundendaten sammeln wollen.
Service is quite good. The mechanic was very conscientious, which is seldom the case these days. Recently wanted to inquire about the new Civic. Then came a nasty surprise. Because everyone was pretty busy, I asked for an offer by email. Nothing has come up so far, and you got the impression that they just wanted to collect customer data.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir am Gebrauchtwagenplatz ein Auto angesehen. Nach 15 min am Gebrauchtwagenplatz bin ich ins Büro zu einem Verkäufer und hab ihm mein Interesse geschildert. Er hat mir dann den Schlüssel gegeben und hat gesagt ich solle mir das Auto anschauen. 15min später hab ich den Schlüssel wieder zurück gegeben da niemand gekommen ist. Anscheinend bestand kein Interesse das Auto zu verkaufen.
I looked at a car at the used car park. After 15 minutes at the used car park, I went to a salesman's office and told him about my interest. He then gave me the key and said I should look at the car. 15 minutes later I gave the key back because nobody came. Apparently there was no interest in selling the car.
