Bei Notfällen auch rasche Abwicklung und keine langen Wartezeiten. Wüsste nicht was man noch verbessern könnte! Great workshop, super friendly, competent staff, very customer-oriented, waiting area with coffee and water was even offered a place in the office so that I could work in peace during the service. Die Mitarbeiter im Service sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier wird auf Service und Kundenzufriedenheit sehr viel Wert gelegt. Bevor das Auto repariert wird oder ein etwas Gefunden wird wird immer im Voraus gefragt ob es repariert werden darf und mit welchen Kosten man zu rechnen hat. You feel really good there. Hier endlich wurde alles ausführlich erklärt und das Auto wurde in einem perfektem Zustand über geben! Die Betreuung über Leasing und Auto war auch perfekt und auf alles Fragen wurde eingegangen. Ein Bisschen entfernt von Wien, aber man kann das mit einem schönen Ausflug in Steiermark kombinieren! Preislich ist es auch günstiger als Wien. I have had bad experiences with some car dealers in Vienna. Here finally everything was explained in detail and the car was handed over in perfect condition! The support for leasing and the car was also perfect and all questions were answered. A bit far from Vienna, but you can combine that with a nice trip in Styria!
