Bin seit 2016 Kunde und habe heute von einer Mitarbeiterin gehört, dass ich nicht ihr einziger Kunde bin und sie sich nicht nur um mich kümmern kann, obwohl ich wegen einem Fehler ihrerseits angerufen hatte und sie gebeten habe diesen Fehler zu beheben. Das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit!! Ich hoffe das die Chefetage dort ausmistet, denn ansonsten wird man sehr viele Kunden verlieren. Eins ist gewiss, mich haben Sie schon mal verloren nachdem mein Vertrag ausläuft. NIE WIEDER
Worst customer service I've ever seen and heard !!! I have been a customer since 2016 and today I heard from an employee that I am not her only customer and that she cannot just take care of me, even though I called about a bug on her part and asked her to fix it. That is a bottomless cheek! I hope that the executive floor clears out there, because otherwise you will lose a lot of customers. One thing is certain, you lost me once my contract expired. NEVER AGAIN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenservice Null Koma Josef, in 2 Tagen verlangen die €10K sonst wird mir das Auto abgemeldet. Laut Inkasso einfach eine Summe von €10K gekriegt ohne irgendwelche Liste warum und weshalb €10K. Leider werde ich Zukunft 2 mal überlegen müssen ob ich mir einen Mercedes hole.
Customer service zero coma Josef, in 2 days they will charge € 10K, otherwise the car will be deregistered for me. According to debt collection, just got a sum of € 10K without any list of why and why € 10K. Unfortunately I will have to think twice about getting a Mercedes in the future.
