★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leute ihr seid die beste Mercedes Werkstatt der Welt!!! Da gibt es nix! Ohne euch wären wir mit unserem MB100 gestrandet und obwohl ihr eigentlich schon Feierabend habt, kriegt ihr in mühevoller Kleinarbeit die Luft aus unserer Kraftstoffanlage. Das ist großes Kino gewesen! Vielen Dank, ihr seid echt Klasse!
 You guys are the best Mercedes workshop in the world !!! There is nothing! Without you we would have been stranded with our MB100 and even though you are already out of work, you can get the air out of our fuel system with great effort. That was great cinema! Thank you very much, you are really great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr günstiger B3 Service um 840 Euro. Ich überlege wieder zu VW zu wechseln?Morgens das Auto in die Werkstatt gebracht ,mit Termin und erst am Abend fertig. Ölwechsel und Filterwechsel wurden gemacht. Vielleicht liegt es daran,daß ich eine Frau bin und mich nicht auskenne,da kann man ja sowas machen.
Very cheap B3 service for 840 euros. I'm thinking of switching back to VW Bring the car to the workshop in the morning, with an appointment and only finished in the evening. Oil changes and filter changes were made. Maybe it's because I'm a woman and don't know my way around, you can do something like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unzufrieden… mehr kann ich einfach nicht dazu sagen.. die lassen Dich stehen im Verkaufsraum als würde man nicht existieren.. obwohl man länger als ausgemacht auf sein Auto warten musste würde einen nicht einmal ein Kaffee oder sonst was angeboten.. Arroganz hoch drei da ..
Very dissatisfied ... I just can't say more about it .. they leave you standing in the sales room as if you didn't exist .. although you had to wait longer than agreed for your car, you wouldn't even be offered a coffee or anything .. Arrogance to the power of three there ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein herzliches Dank für die unkomplizierte, schnelle und hochproffesionelle Hilfe. Auf dem Weg in den Skiurlaub trat eine Störung an unserem Kfz auf, welches sich sofort angenommen wurde. Das ermittelte Ersatzteil hat leider durch den Hersteller bis Ende des Monats Lieferzeit, das Unternehmen von Herrn Pappas hat uns das defekte Ersatzteil ermittelt (somit konnten wir es zuhause bei unserem Mercedes Händler schon anmelden) das sehr freundliche Team von Herrn Pappas hat dies so gelöst, dass wir gut und sicher nach Hause kommen und die Reparatur nach unserem Urlaub in Auftrag geben können. Ein solcher Service hat uns sehr gefreut und überrascht. Danke auch für die Überraschungsautowäsche!! Wir wünschen Ihnen alle, alles Liebe. Herzliche Grüße, Familie Sebastian Dörr
Many thanks for the uncomplicated, quick and highly professional help. On the way to the skiing holiday, a malfunction occurred in our vehicle, which was immediately taken care of. Unfortunately the manufacturer has a delivery time of the determined spare part by the end of the month, the company of Mr. Pappas has determined the defective spare part for us (so we could already register it at our Mercedes dealer at home) the very friendly team of Mr. Pappas solved this, that we can get home safe and sound and order the repairs after our vacation.
