l	laphi has on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte bei Auto Fuchs ein Auto erwerben. Beratung und Service war zunächst einwandfrei. Probefahrt konnte nach Anmeldung einen Tag später organisiert werden, Auto war vorgewärmt und der Verkäufer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich wollte das Auto tatsächlich kaufen, habe meine Absicht mehrmals kommuniziert und mitgeteilt, dass ich die Finanzierung noch mit meiner Bank klären möchte, da ich das Auto beruflich benötige. Gestern habe ich am Nachmittag noch mit Hr. Fuchs ein Gespräch mit der Vereinbarung, dass ich mich heute fix bei ihm melde. Ich habe nun die Finanzierung geklärt und wollte zusagen. Leider zu spät, das Auto wurde gestern verkauft. Da frage ich mich, warum Hr. Fuchs das gestern nicht kommuniziert hat, dass sich das Auto wer ansieht, vor allem, wenn Probefahrten nur nach Vereinbarung möglich sind, hätte er das doch wissen müssen. Heute am Telefon war plötzlich von der Freundlichkeit auch nichts mehr zu spüren. Service geht anders! Hab mir soeben die anderen negativen Kommentare durchgelesen, meiner wird wahrscheinlich auch gewohnt polemisch versucht zu entkräften. Vom Gefühl her würde ich sagen: Auto Fuchs ist bis zum Kauf freundlich und zuvorkommend, danach wahrscheinlich eher kompliziert und wenig serviceorientiert. Ob die Aussagen immer der Wahrheit entsprechen, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Ich bin aus der Region und werde meinen Freunden, Bekannten keine Kaufempfehlung geben. Wanted to buy a car from Auto Fuchs. First of all, advice and service was impeccable. Test drive could be organized after registration one day later, car was preheated and the seller friendly and courteous. I actually wanted to buy the car, communicated my intention several times and told them that I still wanted to clear the financing with my bank because I needed the car professionally. Yesterday in the afternoon I still had with Hr. Fuchs a conversation with the agreement that I will contact him today fix. I have now clarified the financing and wanted to agree. Unfortunately too late, the car was sold yesterday. I wonder why Hr. Fuchs that did not communicate yesterday, that the car looks at anyone, especially if test drives are only possible by appointment, he should have known. Today on the phone was suddenly felt by the friendliness and nothing more. Service is different! Have I just read the other negative comments, mine will probably also usual polemical trying to refute. From the feeling I would say: Auto Fox is friendly to the purchase and courteous, then probably rather complicated and not very service-oriented. Whether the statements always correspond to the truth, I dare to doubt. I am from the region and will not give my friends, acquaintances a buy recommendation.
K	Katharina Polz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nur abraten! Probefahrt erst kurz vor Vertragsabschluss möglich! Ging mit einer klaren Kaufabsicht hin und durfte auf Biegen und Brechen nicht Probefahren! Als Grund wurde angegeben, dass wir uns zuerst auf einen Preis einigen müssten! Da das Fahrverhalten eines Autos für mich ein wichtiges PREISkriterium ist, sind wir wieder gefahren! Seltsames Verkaufsgespräch - rate wirklich davon ab sich das anzutun Can only advise! Test drive only shortly before conclusion of the contract possible! Went with a clear purchase intention and was not allowed to test and ride on bending and breaking! The reason given was that we would first have to agree on a price! Since the driving behavior of a car is an important PRICE criterion for me, we went again! Strange sales talk - really advise against doing this
S	S. Shaiban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falls ein Null Sterne Auswahl geben würde werde ich den auswählen. Dieses Autohaus ist: Unehrlich,unhilfreich, Mich betrügt!!! Mir ein Fahrzeug mit Vollen Mängeln verkauft die versteckt waren und aufgetaucht nach kurzer Zeit. Auto wurde nur optisch vor dem Verkauf schön poliert aufbereitet damit außen bestens aussieht . Technischer Zustand war mehr als Schlecht. Ich würde allen von diesen Autohaus abraten !!! NIE WIEDER! If there was a zero star selection I would choose that. This car dealership is: Dishonest, unhelpful, cheats on me !!! Sold me a vehicle with full defects that were hidden and showed up after a short time. The car was only polished before it was sold, so that it looks great on the outside. Technical condition was more than bad. I would advise everyone against this dealership !!! NEVER AGAIN!
M	Michael D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind im Internet auf einen BMW X1 gestoßen der unseren Vorstellungen entspricht und sind gleich am nächsten Tage hingefahren um diesen anzusehen und Probe zu fahren! Anfangs noch recht freundlich wurde der Wunsch einer Probefahrt sofort ausgeschlagen....zuerst soll doch alles andere geklärt sein! Um alles andere klären zu können braucht man meiner Meinung nach bei einem Gebrauchtwagen eine Probefahrt!? Aber gut... Nach ein paar weiteren Fragen von mir (Unfallfreiheit, 8 Fach Bereifung, Serviceheft, usw.) wurde das Gespräch langsam ruppig und unstimmig und irgendwie merkte man da stimmt was nicht... Das Auto sei aus Belgien und dort braucht man keine Winterreifen! AH OK.... Nach Vorlage des Servicenachweis von der Belgischen Werkstätte und meiner Frage ob ich davon ein Foto machen dürfte um mir von meinem Freund der sich bei Autos besser als ich auskennt, eine zweite Meinung einzuholen ist der Herr tatsächlich ausgerastet! Der Super Tolle Profimechaniker solle doch selber kommen und sich den Wagen anzusehen!!! Wird wohl keiner besser sein als der ÖAMTC!!! AAHHMMM SORRY! um das gings ja gar nicht.....wollte nur eine zweite Meinung einholen. Ein einfaches "Nein" hätte auch gereicht. Der Verkäufer (Glaube es war sogar der Chef) hat uns dann alleine in der Verkaufshalle stehen lassen. Da bleibt einem die Spucke weg!!! Haben lange nach einem solchen X1 gesucht und sind mit klaren Kaufabsichten hingefahren und dann erlebst du so etwas!!! The super great professional mechanic should come and see the car himself! Nobody will be better than the ÖAMTC !!! AAHHMMM SORRY! It wasn't about that at all ..... just wanted to get a second opinion. A simple "no" would have been enough. The seller (believe it was even the boss) then left us alone in the sales hall. That'll keep your spit away! Have been looking for such an X1 for a long time and went there with clear purchase intentions and then you experience something like this!

Am Fr. vormittag wurde ein Passat mit Vollausstattung ohne Bilder inseriert,ich habe sofort gemailt.Mittags angerufen,dass es "meiner" ist...ich wollte ihn nur nicht blind kaufen.Finanzierung und Eintausch von meinem Alten abgeklärt...Bilder und Preis von meinem Alten wollten wir am Montag machen...am Fr. gegen Feierabend nochmal angerufen zwecks absichern,das ich denn Wagen auch bekomme...AM SAMSTAG WURDE ER VERKAUFT...das finde ich nicht in Ordnung...am Montag werden meine Anrufe vom "Verkäufer" ignoriert...Man hätte mich doch wenigstens am Samstag informieren können,dass er verkauft wird...ich wollte nur nicht ungesehen 20.000.-€ ausgeben...ICH BIN STINKSAUER...so sollte nicht mit Kunden umgegangen werden ????????? I'll describe my problem. On Friday morning, a Passat with full equipment was advertised without pictures, I emailed it immediately. At lunchtime I called that it was "mine" ... I just didn't want to buy it blindly. Financing and exchange clarified from my old man ... pictures and We wanted to make the price of my old man on Monday ... called again on Friday towards the end of work to ensure that I get the car ... ON SATURDAY IT WAS SOLD ... I don't think that's okay ... on Monday my calls are ignored by the "seller" ... At least I could have been informed on Saturday that it was being sold ... I just didn't want to spend € 20,000 unseen ... I'M PASTY ... so shouldn't dealt with customers ?????????

Ist zwar mit viel Nachdruck, dann doch gerichtet worden, trotzdem waren dann laufend Reperaturen zu machen. Nie wieder dort ein Auto kaufen, nicht mehr um diesen Preis. Never again! Feeling ripped off !!!! Defective air conditioning gone from the beginning, when we reported it immediately, there was only resistance. It was straightened out with a lot of emphasis, but repairs had to be made on an ongoing basis. Never again buy a car there, no longer at this price.
T	Tobi Tobsn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich gibt es kaum etwas zu beanstanden, der fünfte Stern ist leider durch die Partnerwerkstatt fast verloren gegangen, die eine Anhängerkupplung nachrüsten sollte und dies (nach eigenen Angaben, durch den Zulieferer verschuldet) nicht Termingerecht geschafft hat - dafür um einiges mehr an Zeit- und Organisationsaufwand für mich. Der Kontakt, die Besichtigung und das Verkaufsgespräch verlief angenehm, verbindlich und nach meinen Vorstellungen. Ein kleiner Mangel, der bei der Besichtigung auffiel wurde problemlos und umgehend behoben. Der Handlungsspielraum liegt im Marktüblichen Mittelfeld und auch die Preise sind von vornherein nicht überzogen sondern realistisch und dem Zustand entsprechend. Mir wurde die gesamt Reparaturhistorie des Fahrzeuges gezeigt und bei Kauf auch mitgegeben. Probefahrt war bei der ersten Besichtigung leider nicht möglich (Fahrzeug in der Halle eingeparkt und wird natürlich nicht für jeden Probefahrttouristen extra umgeräumt), wäre aber vor Vertragsabschluss bzw. Übernahme problemlos möglich. Ich war, dank der großen Entfernung, etwas skeptisch, würde jetzt aber jederzeit wieder ein Auto von Auto Fuchs in Betracht ziehen. The contact, the inspection and the sales talk were pleasant, binding and according to my ideas. A small defect that was noticed during the inspection was corrected immediately and without any problems. The scope for action is in the middle range customary on the market and the prices are not exorbitant from the outset, but rather realistic and appropriate to the condition. I was shown the entire repair history of the vehicle and given it when I bought it. Unfortunately, a test drive was not possible during the first visit (vehicle parked in the hall and is of course not specially rearranged for every test drive tourist), but would have been possible without any problems before the contract was signed or taken over. I was a bit skeptical because of the distance, but I would consider an Auto Fuchs car again at any time.
