★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited the Meilinger Taverne countless times and have always found a warm welcome and some of the best food and wine in the area. Ask for a recommendation of the best wine for the food you've chosen and Here Klackl, the maitre-d', will be glad to oblige. Decor is traditional and charming, portions are enormous and prices reasonable. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fabulous lunch here today. The service was immaculate, very warm, friendly and efficient. Our main courses(veal and Guinea fowl) were quite delicious and one of the nicest touches was the small pre meal appetizers, which surprised and delighted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful dinner in the heart of Mitterstill. We had dinner on a table along the street, so we listened to the music in the square and enjoyed the summer party throughout all the meal.
The food is great, and the waiters are kind and polite in explaining the dishes.
I really reccomand the potatoes and mushrooms soup, which was perfect. Even meat is sweet and well cooked, and the price is adeguate for the dinner.
If I ever return in such a wonderful place ad Mitterstil in August, i will undoubtedly return to have dinner here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff: as nice and friendly as you can imagine.
The food: for my taste the portions could have been a little bit bigger. Besides that, nothing to complain about and pretty tasty.
The atmosphere: rather small (at least the room in the front, didn't see any other) and cozy, not too crowded.
The price: not cheap but definitely worth the money.
