G	Guido Grün on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte akuten Luftverlust am Vorderrad. War in 5 Minuten erledigt. Sehr freundlich und kompetent (hab mich über E-Bikes erkundigt). Had an acute loss of air on the front wheel. Was done in 5 minutes. Very friendly and competent (I asked about e-bikes).
R	Raphael Dau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin irritiert über die vielen guten Bewertungen. Der Betreiber der Werkstatt wurde beleidigend, nachdem es ihm nicht gelungen war, das Hinterrad zu zentrieren. Seiner Meinung nach sollte ich mir ein neues Rad kaufen, statt ihm mit meinem alten Renner auf die Nerven zu gehen. Ich wurde zur Kasse gebeten und musste das Rad anschließend zu einer andereren Werkstatt schieben, wo die Reparatur kein Problem war. I am irritated by the many good reviews. The workshop operator became abusive after failing to center the rear wheel. In his opinion, I should buy a new bike instead of getting on his nerves with my old racer. I was asked to check out and then had to push the bike to another workshop, where repairs were not a problem.

Hilft auch Menschen die im Rollstuhl sitzen, da es Rollstühle mit Luft reifen gibt. Kunden Service und Kunden Zufriedenheit steht in diesen Betrieb an erster Stelle. Danke dafür. Very friendly and competent advice. Always trying hard and great customer service. Also helps people who sit in wheelchairs, as there are wheelchairs with air tires. Customer service and customer satisfaction come first in this company. Thanks for that.

Vorher angerufen wegen Termin, kein Problem am selben Tag, beide Bremsen mussten dringend gemacht werden, Entlüftung (!) von Magura Bremsen wurde sofort gemacht, Top Preis und ein Perfektionist ! DANKE! Unreserved recommendation! Called beforehand for an appointment, no problem on the same day, both brakes had to be done urgently, bleeding (!) from Magura brakes was done immediately, great price and a perfectionist! THANK YOU!

Wunsch-Reifensatz (Conti Race King 29"x2.0) für meine Cube Analog war lagernd und ich konnte auf den Wechsel (ca. 15 min.) gleich warten. Hatte zusätzlich ein kleines Problem mit meiner Sattelstütze, wurde gereinigt und nachgestellt - jetzt passts wieder :D LG & besten Dank Sven (Youtube - s2theven) Super fast service, very friendly owner! The set of tires I wanted (Conti Race King 29"x2.0) for my Cube Analog was in stock and I was able to wait for the change (approx. 15 minutes).
