K	Karl Hovorka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine nachträglich vom Händler, wo ich meinen damals zwei jährigen DS 3 gekauft habe, eingebaute Einparkhilfe mit Display hatte zunächst einen Wackelkontakt-Fehler und war nach zwei Tagen ganz aus. Da ich mit diesem einfachen, aber zuverlässigen Gerät zufrieden war, wollte ich kein neues einbauen lassen. Ich habe mich also im Internet auf die Suche nach einer Werkstätte gemacht, die auf den Einbau von Einparkhilfen spezialisiert war und bin auf die Website carcom.at gekommen. Ich habe zunächst per E-Mail mein Problem geschildert und auch betont, dass ich gerne bei dem bereits eingebauten Gerät bleiben wollte und hab mir dann einen Termin für die Reparatur ausgemacht. Heute war ich dort, wurde freundlich empfangen und bin auch gleich drangekommen. Die Fehlersuche und die nötige Reparatur war in nicht ganz einer halben Stunde fachmännisch und einwandfrei erledigt und das für ein Trinkgeld! Ich kann mich nur nochmals nachträglich für die Reparatur bedanken! Today I was there, was welcomed in a friendly manner and got there right away. The troubleshooting and the necessary repairs were professionally and flawlessly done in less than half an hour and that for a tip! I can only thank you again for the repair afterwards!

Die Klangqualität war sehr schlecht, es wurden neue Lautsprecher bei Carcom gekauft (im Nachhinein nicht nötig gewesen) und eingebaut. Nachdem ich einen Wassereintritt bei den Türen hatte und in der KFZ Werkstatt reparieren ließ hat sich herausgestellt dass die Dichtungen zwischen Distanzring und Lautsprecher gefehlt haben. Nachdem ich aufwendig die Türen gedämmt habe und den Verstärker neu einmessen haben lassen, bei einem anderen Händler, habe ich eine perfekte Stereoanlage. Termine wurden eingehalten, von der Ausführung und Beratung habe ich mir viel mehr erwartet I had a hi-fi system installed by a supplier, as agreed beforehand. After I had water seeping into the doors and had it repaired in the car workshop, it turned out that the seals between the spacer ring and loudspeaker were missing. After I had laboriously insulated the doors and had the amplifier recalibrated at another dealer, I have a perfect stereo system. Ich bin mit dem super Radio total zufrieden, es hat alles rasch funktioniert und der Klang ist Top. Die Beratung war toll und kompetent, Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut und insgesamt macht alles einen wirklich guten Eindruck. Nur weiterempfehlen!! I have to honestly say, I rarely write reviews but here I have to because everything worked flawlessly. I am totally satisfied with the great radio, everything worked quickly and the sound is great. The advice was great and competent, the price-performance ratio is very good and, overall, everything makes a really good impression. Recommend only !!
