Beziehungsweise vorher im Netz informieren, Preis vergleichen und dann gleich in der Filiale reservieren. Super Preise, meist um einiges günstiger als die Konkurrenz und sogar als im Internet. Sehr höfliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. The electronic4you collection shop is a crazy business. It is definitely worth a look here every now and then. Or inform yourself beforehand on the Internet, compare prices and then reserve at the branch straight away. Super prices, usually a lot cheaper than the competition and even than on the Internet. Very polite and helpful staff.

J	Johannes Reimansteiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes Team, gute Preise und man findet auch Lösungen die die großen Ketten einfach nicht schaffen (brauchte ein Notebook innerhalb von 3 Stunden und die netten Mitarbeiter haben es organisiert das es jemand in Klagenfurt abholen konnte und ich es gleich in Wolfsberg bezahlen konnte). Nächste Woche hole ich wieder was ab - auch praktisch für ungeduldige Sachen relativ viel auf Lager ist in Wolfsberg oder sonst meistens am nächsten Tag in der Filiale ist :) Nice team, good prices and you can also find solutions that the big chains just can't do (needed a notebook within 3 hours and the nice staff organized it that someone could pick it up in Klagenfurt and I could pay for it straight away in Wolfsberg). Next week I will pick up something again - also practically for impatient things there is a lot in stock in Wolfsberg or usually in the branch the next day :)

Hab einen Waschtrockner mit Lieferung und Anschluss bestellt, der von Anfang an nicht richtig funktioniert hat; der Techniker hat dann einige schwere Transportschäden im Inneren gefunden; das Gerät wurde nach einem Monat (und erst nach Drohung mit Konsumentenschutz) abgeholt und ein neuer Waschtrockner einfach verpackt in meiner Wohnung abgestellt, den von mir bereits bezahlten Anschluss musste ich selbst vornehmen lassen und das Geld hab ich auch nicht zurückbekommen...nie mehr wieder! I was very disappointed with the customer service! Ordered a washer-dryer with delivery and connection that didn't work properly from the start; the technician then found some serious transport damage inside; The device was picked up after a month (and only after threats with consumer protection) and a new washer-dryer simply packed and placed in my apartment, I had to have the connection I had already paid for myself and I didn't get the money back ... never again again!

Mir wurde sogar verwehrt einen 600€ Staubsager vor dem Kauf in die Hand zu nehmen und angedroht falls er mir nach dem Kauf nicht gefällt wird nicht der volle Kaufpreis zurückgezahlt! Habe schon vieles dort gekauft werde es aber in Zukunft nicht mehr tun. Unfortunately, the advice and service has decreased significantly! I was even refused to pick up a € 600 vacuum cleaner before buying it and threatened that if I didn't like it after buying it, the full purchase price would not be refunded! I already bought a lot there but I won't do it in the future.
