★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe dort einen Umtausch veranlasst und bin mit dem Service extrem zufrieden! Ich habe über die Website in Click and Collect in die Filiale Brunn am Gebirge durchgeführt und dort die Bestellung auch abgeholt.
Leider war diese in einem katastrophalen Zustand, da es sich offensichtlich um eine Retour-Ware gehandelt hatte, welche dann erneut ausgegeben wurde ohne dass sich das jemand angesehen hätte.
Ich hatte nach meiner Abholung in Brunn in Wolfsberg zu tun und habe die dortige Filiale auf Verdacht um einen Umtausch gebeten. Eigentlich dachte ich, das wird nichts, denn was können die in dieser entfernten Filiale schon dafür... aber es wurde mit hoher Professionalität und ohne weitere Umstände sofort umgetauscht.
SO begeistert man Kunden wieder zu kommen!
I arranged an exchange there and I am extremely satisfied with the service! I carried out the Brunn am Gebirge branch via the website in Click and Collect and picked up the order there.
Unfortunately, this was in a catastrophic condition, since it was obviously a return product, which was then reissued without anyone looking at it.
After my pick-up in Brunn in Wolfsberg, I was busy and asked the branch there to exchange it. Actually, I thought it wouldn't work, because what can they do in this distant branch ... but it was exchanged immediately with a high level of professionalism and without further ado.
THIS is how you inspire customers to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob es aufgrund etwaiger Umbauarbeiten war oder ob das immer so ist. Es sah mehr nach einer Lagerhalle aus und überall standen Aufsteller mit reduzierten Artikel rum und ich fühlte mich eher wie auf einem Flohmarkt als in einem Sportgeschäft. Bin auch nicht fündig geworden, da es so überfüllt war, dass ich auch keine richtige Lust zum Stöbern hatte.
I'm not sure whether it was due to any renovation work or whether it is always the case. It looked more like a warehouse and everywhere there were displays with reduced items and I felt more like a flea market than a sports shop. Didn't find anything either, as it was so overcrowded that I didn't really feel like browsing.
