Nachdem sich eine der Mitarbeiterin, nachdem sie sich vom Gespräch mir ihrer Kollegin losreisen konnte, doch dazu herabließ ihrer Arbeit nachzugehen, wurde einfach willkürlich ein Kunde ausgewählt, der die "Ehre" hatte bedient zu werden. Auf den Hinweis, dass wir schon länger warten würden, wurden von der Mitarbeiterin die Augen verdreht und schnippisch darauf hingewiesen, dass es noch einen Moment dauern würde, bis wir an der Reihe seien. Erst nachdem unsererseits nochmals darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden ist, dass wir schon länger warten würden, wurden wir - von der immer unfreundlicher werdenden Mitarbeiterin - widerwillig bedient. Anscheinend ist in dieser Filiale nicht zu allen Mitarbeiterinnen durchgedrungen, dass es sich um zahlende Kunden und keine Bittsteller handelt! Als Kunde hat man jedenfalls den Eindruck unerwünscht und eher belastend zu sein! Das war definitiv unser letzter Einkauf bei Hartlauer!!!! Although some of the employees obviously had no customer advice and stood gossiping together, we were simply ignored for over 10 minutes. After one of the employees, after she was able to leave the conversation with her colleague, condescended to go about her work, a customer was simply chosen at random who had the "honor" of being served. At the hint that we would wait a longer time, the employee rolled her eyes and snippetly pointed out that it would take a moment before it would be our turn. Only after our attention was drawn again to the fact that we would have been waiting a long time, we were reluctantly served by the employee, who was becoming increasingly unfriendly. Apparently not all employees in this branch realized that they were paying customers and not supplicants! As a customer, you have the impression that you are undesirable and rather stressful! That was definitely our last purchase at Hartlauer !!!!
