★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Clubmitglied war ich diesmal im Shop Wien Mitte. Die Verkäuferin war sehr nett, sie hat mir beim Verkaufsgespräch alles ausfürlich erklärt - und mir auch in die Augen geschaut, was heute nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist.
As a club member, I was in the Wien Mitte shop this time. The saleswoman was very nice, she explained everything to me in detail during the sales talk - and also looked me in the eye, which is no longer a matter of course today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren letzte Woche im Store einkaufen und die Damen waren sehr nett und geduldig. Wir mussten etwas umtauschen und auch das war überhaupt kein Problem. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Kundenservice. Dies wird bestimmt unser Stamm Geschäft.
We went shopping in the store last week and the ladies were very nice and patient. We had to exchange something and that was no problem at all. Very nice and courteous customer service. This will definitely be our core business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin zwar kein Swarovski-Fan, habe mir aber gestern eine Uhr dort gekauft. Die Angestellten sind wirklich zu loben! Waren am Telefon vorher sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Abend haben sie auch noch auf mich gewartet, obwohl sie um 18:00 Uhr schließen, haben sie mir die Uhr um 18:15 noch verkauft.
I'm not a Swarovski fan, but bought a watch there yesterday. The staff are really to be commended! We were very friendly and helpful on the phone beforehand. In the evening they also waited for me, although they close at 6:00 p.m., they still sold me the watch at 6:15 p.m.
