I went to Hervis again today for advice on buying a bike and would like to take this opportunity to thank Elias for advice. Really very good and competent advice and explanations about the bike, which I will definitely buy there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter sind absolut inkompetent.. Ich war noch im Shop & sie haben über mich gelästert. Während ich nur paar Schritte daneben stand.
Hier in den Bewertung konnte ich lesen das dies öfter passiert..
Ich würde ihnen wirklich empfehlen die Lehrlinge hier mehr einzuschulen & ihnen beizubringen wie man kompetent und kundenfreundlich rüberkommt.
The staff are absolutely incompetent .. I was still in the shop & they blasphemed me. While I was just a few steps away.
Here in the reviews I could read that this happens more often.
I would really recommend training the apprentices here more & teaching them how to come across as competent and customer-friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Da die Aktion mit -50% auf sämtliche Kleiderständer angeführt war, fragten wir nach, ob dies auf alles gilt. Mitarbeiter reagierte dabei sehr unfreundlich und ging danach zu einen anderen Mitarbeiter und regte sich über uns lautstark auf. So ein verhalten ist als Verkäufer total unangemessen!
Very unfriendly staff. Since the campaign was listed with -50% on all clothes racks, we asked if this applies to everything. Employee reacted very unfriendly and then went to another employee and got upset about us. Such behavior is totally inappropriate as a seller!

Poor knowledge of a salesperson about the ski touring equipment being sold. Mismatched crampons were sold with the binding.
