Sie zeigte keine Interesse etwas verkaufen zu wollen..Schade... Good products ... but unfortunately a totally disinterested saleswoman .. I asked for a product for mature skin ... she has just hinted with his finger .. more questions from me were extremely scarce answered .... She showed no interest in trying to sell something ... Sorry ...

Sehr schade, da es auch leider war, weil sich die angestellte zu wenig auskannte u nicht genau wusste welche Produkte in der Aktion 2 zahlen 3 bekommen dabei sind.... Und eine kollegin nach der Bezahlung ergänzte, dass auch dieses Produkt in der Aktion enthalten ist. Sie wollten mir viel Proben anbieten, das ist aber nicht das was ich mir vorstellte. Es handelt sich dabei um die kollegin nina. Bessere aufklärung u kenntnis über aktuelle angebote wäre erforderlich. Top products but unfortunately no understanding f staff the 1000 Ausreden find me just exchanged the product to exchange me for another in the same value. Too bad, as it was also unfortunately, because the employees knew too little u did not know exactly what products in action 2 pay 3 are doing .... And a colleague after the payment added that even this product in action is included. They wanted to offer me a lot of rehearsals, but that's not what I imagined. It is the colleague Nina. Better education and knowledge about current offers would be required.

Vor ein paar Tagen war ich wieder da, um mich umzusehen, (zu schauen ob meine Serie wieder einen besonderen Preis hat) bin ja eigentlich immer sehr freundich bedient und beraten worden, aber diesmal war es ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis, die junge Dame Emely holte mich so freundlich und mit einer Kompetenz vom Schauen und Überlegen ab, dass war einfach so entspannend und interessant, obwohl ich gar nichts kaufen wollte, hatte ich dann doch einige andere Produkte erworben. :-) Die übrigens wirklich wunderbar sind. Vielen Dank liebe Emely :-) I am a customer of the Bodyshop Krems an der Donau, Bühlcenter. A few days ago I was there again to look around (to see if my series has a special price again) actually always received very friendly service and advice, but this time it was a very special experience that young lady Emely got I was so friendly and competent to refrain from looking and thinking, that was just so relaxing and interesting, although I didn't want to buy anything, I had bought some other products. :-) Which, by the way, are really wonderful. Thank you dear Emely :-)

Weder die Verkäuferin noch die Filialleiterin hatten Verständnis, dass ich die Farbe meines neuen Lippenstiftes zuvor mittels Tester ausprobieren wollte. Die Kunden kaufen auch ohne Test wurde mir gesagt. In anderen Body Shops gibt es Tester. Aber auch dies interessierte die Filialleiterin nicht. Schade - wurde dann bei Bipa inkl Tester fündig. Schade um die guten Produkte bei Body shop… patzige Antworten. Kein Verständnis… I've been a regular customer for many years. Neither the saleswoman nor the branch manager understood that I wanted to try out the color of my new lipstick beforehand using a tester. I was told that customers also buy without a test. There are testers in other body shops. But the branch manager was not interested in this either. It's a shame - I found what I was looking for at Bipa including a tester. It's a shame about the good products at Body shop... snotty answers. No understanding…
