★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute einen Airfreyer in einer großen Verpackung gekauft. An der Kasse war kein PLatz zum Abstellen der Ware - der Herr an der Kasse fragte ob ich eine Shop Karte hätte - ich bat ihn einen Moment zu warten , denn Paket , Geldbörse und das Handy sowie Handtasche waren hierfür etwas umständlich. Da hatte er bereits kassiert- wichtig war ihm ob ich das Gerät nicht doch versichern wollte.
Hilfsbereitschaft und Kundenfreundlichkeit sind leider nicht gegeben.
Auch wenn es vielleicht auch sehr nette Mitarbeiter dort geben kann - bislang habe ich dort nur einen kennen gelernt!
Ich gehe dort nur ungern rein.
In Zukunft werde ich mich lieber im Netz informieren und es mir schicken lassen.
Bought an Airfreyer today in a large package. At the checkout there was no place to put the goods - the gentleman at the checkout asked if I had a shop card - I asked him to wait a moment, because the package, wallet and mobile phone and handbag were a bit cumbersome for this. By then he had already cashed - it was important to him whether I wanted to insure the device after all.
Willingness to help and customer friendliness are unfortunately not given.
Even if there may be very nice employees there - so far I've only met one person there!
I hate going in there.
In the future, I would rather find out more on the Internet and have it sent to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter in die jeweiligen Abteilungen Tratschen lieber untereinander als sich um Kaufinteressenten zu kümmern.
Es wird einem schnell klar das man sich in dieser Filiale eher selbst helfen muss.
Filiale in 3580 Horn nicht empfehlenswert!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also echt eine Frechheit suche schon seit Monaten eine Playstation 5 immer war gerade die Aktion immer vorbei das es keine PS 5 mehr gibt zum Vorbestellen und gestern ach nein muss erst schaun das ich die Vorbestellungen ab arbeite und ich kann ich mir eine Vorbestellen und er nein eigentlich nicht und so was ist eine Frechheit
So really a cheek looking for a Playstation 5 for months, the action was always over that there is no more PS 5 to pre-order and yesterday oh no must first see that I work off the pre-orders and I can pre-order one and he no actually not and something like that is a cheek

Nice staff, limited selection due to the size of the place. In any case, better than online shopping and urgently needed in the area ??

Ewiges Warten bis man mit jemandem sprechen kann um dann zum nächsten Kollegen verwiesen zu werden.
Kaum brauchbares Sortiment vor Ort, alles auf Bestellung.
Bestellen und abholen funktioniert auch 0.
Donnerstag Ware bestellt die angeblich ab Montag verfügbar wäre.
Nach unzähligen Nachfragen nach 3 Wochen endlich erhalten.
Grund war, dass angeblich ein Großabnehmer regelmäßig diese Ware bestellt und dieser irrtümlich meine reservierte Ware mitnahm und keiner kannte sich aus.
Sowas geht einfach gar nicht.
Ich und meine Familie werden Mediamarkt in Zukunft meiden.
Und da soll man versuchen Amazon nicht zu unterstützen ... Da werden Liefertermine zumindest IMMER eingehalten!

Thursday ordered goods that would supposedly be available from Monday.
After countless inquiries, finally received after 3 weeks.
The reason was that allegedly a bulk buyer regularly orders these goods and he mistakenly took my reserved goods with him and nobody knew their way around.
Something like that just doesn't work.
Me and my family will avoid Mediamarkt in the future.
And you should try not to support Amazon ... At least delivery dates are ALWAYS kept!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal kümmert sich leider gar nicht um die Kunden. Beratung ist nicht vorhanden, Personal ist sehr desinteressiert. Und sie wissen auch nichts was das Produkt angeht…
Nie ist das gewünschte Produkt lagernd.
Wirklich nicht zum Empfehlen!
Unfortunately, the staff doesn't really care about the customers. Advice is not available, staff is very disinterested. And they don't know anything about the product either...
The desired product is never in stock.
Really not recommended!
