Nachdem ich mir den Laptop gekauft habe, der mir empfohlen wurde, ist der nach einigen Tagen nach Verwendung kaputt gewesen. Garantie habe ich 2 Jahre, doch der Schaden ( der von Anfang an da war ) wird nicht gewährt, da es anscheinend nicht unter "Garantie" läuft. Habe ihn nun einschicken lassen & selbst nach 1 Monat habe ich ihn noch nicht zurück bekommen, obwohl mündlich vereinbart wurde, dass ich ihn spätestens nach 3 Wochen sicher zurück bekomme. Da ich den Laptop für dieses Schuljahr (Maturajahr) dringend benötige und das immer wieder betont habe -zeigt die Chefin keinerlei Reaktion & ist ihr sichtlich (wahnsinnig) egal! Kurz gesagt: SEHR, SEHR UNzuverlässig, schlampig, hält keine Vereinbarungen und meldet sich nicht, obwohl sie es verspricht! War noch nie so enttäuscht ! Also lieber Media Markt oder ähnliches bevorzugen, bevor Sie hier reingehen! This company is NOT & NOT to be recommended at all !! Regret buying my laptop there! After I bought the laptop that was recommended to me, it broke a few days after using it. I have a 2 year guarantee, but the damage (which was there from the start) is not granted because it does not seem to be under the "guarantee". I have now had it sent in & even after 1 month I haven't got it back, although it was verbally agreed that I would get it back safely after 3 weeks at the latest. Since I urgently need the laptop for this school year (high school graduation) and have emphasized this again and again - the boss shows no reaction & she is obviously (insanely) indifferent! In short: VERY, VERY unreliable, sloppy, does not keep any agreements and does not contact you even though she promises! Never been so disappointed! So prefer Media Markt or something like that before you go in here!

Die gewünschte Ware war leider nicht vorrätig, ( Corona-Zeiten sind halt ein Bisserle anders) aber ich komme bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder. Very friendly and hard-working staff. The desired goods were unfortunately not in stock, (Corona times are a bit different) but I'll be happy to come back when the opportunity arises.
