B	Benutzer Kunde (Webbesucher) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letzte Woche beim Müller. Ein kleines Mädchen hat im Geschäft einen Trotzanfall und weint lautstark. Die Eltern sichtlich bemüht es zu beruhigen. Jeder der selbst Kinder hat weiß wie unangenehm so Situationen für Eltern sind. Am Ärmsten sind wohl die Kinder selbst. Die Kassiererin an der Kasse, eine junge bisher sehr nette Dame muss ich sagen lästert lautstark mit einer anderen Kundin über besagte Familie. Der Papa hat während dessen das Kind aus dem Geschäft getragen. Schockierend wie wenig familienfreundlich und verständnisvoll die junge Angestellte reagiert hat. Bisher hatte ich einen super Eindruck von ihr. Diese absolut abwertende Reaktion " na Zeit is worden.....is a Zumutung für alle anderen". Vor allen anderen Kunden ( auch Kunden mit Kindern) erweckt keinen guten Eindruck. Am meisten tun mir die Eltern und das kleine Mädchen leid dass sie sich offensichtlich noch dafür entschuldigwn müssen als Familie dort einzukaufen. Jeder der Kinder hat weiß wie fürchterlich unangenehm sowas ist. Wäre das eines meiner Kinder gewesen würde ich wohl nie wieder dort einkaufen gehen weil ich mich dort Null willkommen fühle. Einfach schockierend!!!!! Die Geschäftsführung nimmt die Beschwerde jedoch super an und gibt an sie unbedingt mit der Filiale besprechen zu wollen. So geht man mit Kritik von Kunden um. Daher dann doch 4 Sterne!!!!!!!! Last week at the miller's. A little girl has a tantrum in the shop and cries loudly. The parents obviously tried to calm it down. Everyone who has children himself knows how uncomfortable such situations are for parents. The poorest are probably the children themselves. The cashier at the till, a young, previously very nice lady, I have to say, is loudly blaspheming with another customer about the family in question. Meanwhile, the papa carried the child out of the business. Shocking how little family-friendly and understanding the young employee reacted. So far I've had a great impression of her. This absolutely pejorative reaction "it's about time ..... is an imposition for everyone else". In front of all other customers (including customers with children) does not make a good impression. Most of all I feel sorry for the parents and the little girl that they obviously have to apologize for going shopping there as a family. Everyone of the children knows how terribly uncomfortable it is. If it had been one of my children, I would probably never go shopping there again because I feel completely welcome there. Just shocking !!!!! The management accepts the complaint very well and states that they absolutely want to discuss it with the branch. This is how you deal with criticism from customers. So then 4 stars !!!!!!!!

Lockdown das Personal nicht mehr kundenorientiert ist .... dies ist allerdings mir aufgefallen und mag anderen Menschen vielleicht gefallen....also handelt es dich hierbei um meine persönliche Auffassung..es ist nicht in Horn...sondern in Oeynhausen passiert I don't go shopping to the miller anymore, because since the first lockdown the staff is no longer customer-oriented .... However, I noticed this and may like other people .... so this is my personal opinion .. it didn't happen in Horn ... but in Oeynhausen
R	Robert Femböck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nur zufällig dort gewesen, weil es beim Mediamarkt keine kleinen USB-Sticks gab. Jedenfalls habe ich Gesuchtes gefunden. Just happened to be there because there weren't any small USB sticks at the media market. In any case, I found what I was looking for.

Das kann und darf doch so nicht sein - mich sieht der nie wieder und ich hoffe es werden sich viele snschließen! Müller ist verantwortlich dass viele kleine ehrliche Händler aus Ö schließen müssen !!! Sells 80-90% no food even in lockdown. It can't and shouldn't be like that - he'll never see me again and I hope many will join in! Müller is responsible that many small honest dealers from Austria have to close !!!
