Ich war mit meiner Tochter unterwegs, wurde von den Verkäufern zwar registriert aber nicht beachtet, richtig wie Luft behandelt. Da alle Verkaufsgespräche länger dauerten wurde meine Tochter (14 Monate) ungeduldig. Ich musste ihr ständig hinter her. Siehe da, ich wurde übersprungen und die nächsten Kunden kamen an die Reihe. Das ging eine Stunde so!!! Ich verließ danach das Geschäft und ging zur Hartlauer Filiale (quasi ums Eck), dort sah man mich mit Kinderwagen und mir wurde sogar die Tür geöffnet!!
terrible customer service in the shop
I was traveling with my daughter, was registered by the vendors but ignored, treated properly like air. Since all sales talks took longer, my daughter (14 months) got impatient. I had to keep chasing her. Lo and behold, I was skipped and it was the next customer's turn. It went like this for an hour !!! I then left the shop and went to the Hartlau branch (almost around the corner), there you saw me with a pram and I even opened the door !!
