Wir sehen uns bei der Vertragsverlängerung ;-) Top service. The network is, in my opinion, the best ever. Employees all nice and live technology. That's exactly how dat! See you in the contract extension ;-)

Beim hartlauer habe ich für das gleiche einen vertrag für 20€ im Monat abgeschlossen... ebenfalls bei T-Mobile. Nicht empfehlenswert. Unfriendly and incompetent got a € 50 contract ... At Hartlauer I signed a contract for the same for € 20 a month ... also at T-Mobile. Not recommended.
G	Gabriel Johannes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Neuer Shop gefällt mir leider nicht, der alte Shop wirkte Persönlicher, Der neue Shop wirkt einfach nur Kommerziell was ich sehr schade finde. Auch dieses System mit den Tickets ziehen und dann warten bis die Nummer gezogen wird finde ich einfach nur Unpersönlich und eine Frechheit dergleichen das man als Kunde nur mehr eine Nummer ist. ? Alter Shop war Top, Neuer Shop ist Flop. Vielen Dank Very friendly staff, unfortunately I don't like the new shop, the old shop seemed more personal, the new shop just looks commercial which I think is a shame. Also pulling this system with the tickets and then waiting for the number to be drawn, I find it just impersonal and a cheeky fact that as a customer you are just a number. ? Old shop was great, new shop is flop. Thank you very much

Der Verkäufer hat mir für die ersten 3 Monate eine Gratis- Handyversicherung eingeredet, da es wie gesagt für die ersten 3 Monaten bei Magenta gratis ist. Was ist, am 31.12.2019 wurden mir bereits 8,99 vom Konto abgezogen. Bin am SA 11.01 2020 extra 2x40 km (hin u.retour) nach Amstetten zu Magenta Shop gefahren und dies zu klären. Der Verkäufer nahm die ganzen Daten auf, und meinte, es wird ab sofort nichts mehr abgezogen und die 8,99 werden rücküberwiesen. Am 29.01.2020 wurden die nächsten 8,99 abgezogen ????? Rücküberwiesen wurde nichts ????????????? Sehr schlechtes Kundenservice oder schlechte Ausbildung der Verkäufer I bought a new phone on November 27th, 2019. The seller gave me a free Mobile phone insurance is talked into it, because as I said, it's free for the first 3 months at Magenta. What is, on December 31, 2019 I already had 8.99 withdrawn from my account. On SA 11.01 2020 I drove an extra 2x40 km (there and back) to Amstetten to the Magenta Shop and clarified this. The seller recorded all the data and said that from now on nothing will be deducted and the 8.99 will be transferred back. On January 29th, 2020 the next 8.99 were withdrawn ????? Nothing was transferred back ????????????? Very poor customer service or poor training of the sellers

Aufgrund der aktuellen Covid-Bestimmungen mit maximal 3 Kunden im Geschäftslokal muss jedoch mit Wartezeiten gerechnet werden. Competent and patient advice. Due to the current Covid regulations with a maximum of 3 customers in the business premises, however, waiting times must be expected.

Danke an den netten Mitarbeiter Herr "Mohammed". In Coronazeiten,alles wunderbar geregelt, Desinfektionsmittelspender gefüllt, Ticket zum warten und als Kunde fühlt man sich bei allem wohl. Very competent customer service. Friendly, takes his time and helps with problems that unfortunately the service hotline didn't even understand. Thanks to the nice employee Mr. "Mohammed". In Corona times, everything is wonderfully regulated, disinfectant dispenser filled, ticket to wait and as a customer you feel comfortable with everything.
