От музея начинается пешеходный маршрут «Тропа Матиаса-Шмида», проложенный в честь 150-летней годовщины со дня рождения художника по тропе из Ишгля в Матон и Гальтюр и названный в его честь. Многочисленные таблички, расположенные вдоль тропы, рассказывают о жизни знаменитого художника.
A small museum of the Austrian artist Matthias Schmid (1835 - 1923), introduces the peasant life of Tyrol of former times.
From the museum begins the walking route "Matthias-Schmid Trail", laid in honor of the 150th anniversary of the artist's birth along the path from Ischgl to Mathon and Galtür and named in his honor. Numerous tablets located along the trail tell about the life of the famous artist.
