★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin aber die Geschäftsführerin ist mehr als unkompetent... Reklamation wurde im Geschäft direkt abgewiesen und dann über die Firma des Produkts eingeleitet. Da war es plötzlich kein Problem mehr. Allerdings rundet der unfreundliche Mailkontakt das negative Erlebnis komplett ab.
Not recommendable. Very friendly employee but the manager is more than incompetent ... Complaints were directly rejected in the business and then initiated through the company of the product. It was suddenly no problem anymore. However, the unfriendly mail contact completes the negative experience completely.
