Wirken absolut neben der Spur, wissen nicht,wie sie mit Kunden reden sollen, wissen nicht,wie man Hotelvorschläge macht, haben absolut keine Kompetenz. Warum funktioniert Tui nur in St.Pölten? Filiale Krems Mariandl ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Übrigens bin ich KUNDIN von Tui seit 2005...nicht in Krems.
Incompetence at its best!
Seems completely off track, don't know how to talk to customers, don't know how to suggest hotels, have absolutely no competence. Why does Tui only work in St.Pölten? Branch Krems Mariandl is absolutely not recommended. By the way, I've been a Tui CUSTOMER since 2005...not in Krems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Beratung, wussten nur, dass wir über Silvester mit unseren Kindern ins Warme wollen. Schlussendlich haben wir zwar Urlaubsziel, Flug und Hotel etc alles selbst gesucht und gefunden aber die Abwicklung bzw. Buchung lief dann über Tui, da wir in Zeiten wie diesen sehr dankbar sind eine Ansprechperson für alle Fragen, etc zu haben. Jedenfalls sehr schnell und leicht zu erreichen, flexibel und freundlich.
Very friendly advice, only knew that we want to go into a warm place with our children over New Year's Eve. In the end we searched for and found the holiday destination, flight and hotel etc ourselves, but the processing and booking then went through Tui, because in times like these we are very grateful to have a contact person for all questions, etc. In any case, very quickly and easily to be reached, flexible and friendly.
