Auch nach Abschluss der Arbeiten wurden wir noch einmal kontaktiert und es wurde gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Leider funktionierte das nicht bei allen Firmen, die unsere Wohnung sanieren sollten, so gut. Complete bathroom and toilet were renovated, everything exactly according to plan. Even after the work was completed, we were contacted again and asked if everything was OK. Unfortunately, it didn't work so well for all the companies that were supposed to renovate our apartment.

Arbeitsstunden werden doppelt abgerechnet und Materialpreise sind willkürlich. Ein Edelstahlbogen kostet beispielsweise 17,33€ statt 6,12€ im Handel. Der Helfer macht nichts (!), außer den Staubsauger ein und auszuschalten und kostet 67,20 € in der Stunde. Auch auf telefonische Nachfrage hin wird auf falschen Tatsachen beharrt. Die Arbeit war in Ordnung, aber das hätte ein anderer Installateur auch gekonnt. Nie wieder! Unfortunately, the billing is not done correctly. For example, a stainless steel bow costs € 17.33 instead of € 6.12 in stores. The helper doesn't do anything (!) Except switch the vacuum cleaner on and off and costs € 67.20 per hour. False facts are also insisted on when asked by telephone. The work was fine, but another installer could have done that too. Never again!
