Kurz vor den Feiertagen war der Warmwasser-Boiler defekt. Schon am nächsten Tag, waren die Mitarbeiter der Fa. Ausserer da und haben einen neuen Boiler installiert. Und auch im vor-weihnachtlichen Stress, und selbst, als sich das Ausbauen des alten Boilers etwas aufwändiger gestaltete, waren die Installateure sehr freundlich.

Shortly before the holidays, the hot water boiler was defective. The next day, the employees of Ausserer were there and installed a new boiler. And even in the pre-Christmas stress, and even when the removal of the old boiler was a bit more complex, the installers were very friendly.
