Man wird nicht sich selbst überlassen, sondern man bekommt einen eigens zugeschnittenen Trainingsplan, der auch laufend angepasst wird. Wer hier Fitnessgeräte erwartet, wird enttäuscht - das Trainingskonzept ist auf ein Training mit dem eigenen Körpergewicht ausgelegt, bei dem man ständig den gesamten Körper beansprucht und nicht nur einzelne Muskelgruppen. Das Studio selbst ist zwar klein, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wenn man mal längere Zeit nicht kommt, wird nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. Überhaupt ist der Umgang sehr familiär und angenehm. Im Vergleich zu einem Fit Inn natürlich wesentlich hochpreisiger, aber es lohnt sich wirklich, wenn man sich individuelle Betreuung und persönliche Beratung wünscht. Ich kann Mrs. Sporty in Alterlaa wirklich sehr empfehlen! Great atmosphere with competent, professional and very friendly trainers who really go out of their way to help you. You are not left to your own devices, you get a specially tailored training plan, which is also continuously adapted. If you expect fitness equipment here, you will be disappointed - the training concept is designed for training with your own body weight, in which you constantly strain your entire body and not just individual muscle groups. The studio itself is small, but very well maintained and clean. If you don't come for a long time, you will be asked whether everything is ok. In general, the contact is very familiar and pleasant. Compared to a Fit Inn, of course, much more expensive, but it's really worth it if you want individual support and personal advice. I can really recommend Mrs. Sporty in Alterlaa!
