★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kein Erscheinen zum vereinbarten Termin eine gravierenden Mängelbehebung. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar, obwohl eigentlich geöffnet wäre. Eine Enttäuschung, so sieht kein guter Kundenservice aus.
 Unfortunately, no appearance on the agreed date, a serious rectification of defects. Nobody can be reached by phone, although it would actually be open. A disappointment, that's not what good customer service looks like.
