★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT Als chronisch Kranke wurde mir, nach dem mehrere Apotheken nicht entsprochen haben - von meinem Arzt diese empfohlen. Man ist bemüht, freundliche, kompetente Beratung ohne dem Hintergedanken " nur etwas verkaufen ". Auch kaum erhältliches wird beschafft.
ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED As a chronically ill person, after which several pharmacies have not responded, I was recommended by my doctor. One strives to provide friendly, competent advice without the ulterior motive of "just selling something". Hardly anything available is procured.

ich benötigte dringend einen bestimmten Nasenspray weil ich keine Luft mehr durch die Nase nach einer OP bekam. Offensichtlich dürfte ich die Dame aufgeweckt haben kurz vor 03.00 Früh und ich entschuldigte mich dafür. Sie meinte nur, "das ist doch kein Problem, dafür bin ich ja da", fand ich sehr charmant. Sie wünsche mir alles Gute nach der Bezahlung was ich sehr emphatisch fand, nachdem ich ihr erzählte, dass ich einen anderen Nasenspray benutzte der meinen Blutdruck so in die Höhe trieb, dass ich einen Notarzt anrufen musste. Ich denke ein Lob ist hier wirklich angebracht. Besten Dank nochmals an die besagte Kollegin!
Night duty from 08.03 to 09.03
I urgently needed a specific nasal spray because I couldn't breathe through my nose after an operation. Apparently I must have woken the lady up just before 3am and I apologized for that. She just said, "That's not a problem, that's what I'm here for," I found very charming. She wishes me well after paying, which I found very emphatic after I told her I was using a different nasal spray that got my blood pressure so high that I had to call an ambulance. I think a compliment is really appropriate here. Many thanks again to the said colleague!
