Die Mitarbeiter sind immer hilfsbereit und freundlich ,da ich in der Nähe Wohne gehe ich seher oft hin und ich bin sehr zufrieden, mehr kann man als Kunde nicht wünschen ☺ The DaVinci pharmacy is very large and clean. The staff are always helpful and friendly, since I live nearby I go there very often and I am very satisfied, you couldn't ask for more ☺

Alles passte, aber zu meiner Bestellung wurden diverse Goodies dazu gepackt - Shampoo, Immun-Ergänzungs-Zeugs und.... Schlüsselanhänger mit einem integriertem USB-MicroUSB Kabel. Ich weiß dass Goodies lieb gemeint sind, aber Elektroschrott...? Shampoo, Taschentücher, was auch immer was jeder gebrauchen kann, finde ich OK, aber Elektrozeug zu verschenken ist einfach eine schlechte Idee. Ich muss das Zeug wegwerfen, weil ich es nicht gebrauchen kann und keinen kenne, der das gebrauchen könnte. Die Umwelt leidet! :( Ich hoffe ihr überdenkt nochmal diese Marketingstrategie, liebes DaVinci-Team. I received an order from the DaVinci pharmacy via Gurkerl. Everything was fine, but various goodies were packed with my order - shampoo, immune supplement stuff and... key rings with an integrated USB-MicroUSB cable. I know goodies are nice, but e-waste...? Shampoo, tissues, whatever anyone could use is OK, but giving electronic stuff away is just a bad idea. I have to throw the stuff away because I can't use it and I don't know anyone who could use it. The environment suffers! :( I hope you reconsider this marketing strategy, dear DaVinci team.

Nach der Anmeldung am Schalter wurde mir mitgeteilt ich muss mich in der Warteschlange anstellen (draußen, ca 10 Personen). Wofür vereinbare ich einen Termin? Arranged a PCR appointment online at 8:15 a.m., appeared on time. After registering at the counter, I was told I had to queue (outside, about 10 people). What do I make an appointment for?
N	Nese Bilici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu tiefst enttäuscht. Das erste mal überhaupt dort gewesen. Vorher pcr termin (Rachenabstrich 8 uhr) für mein Kleinkind über die webseite ausgemacht. Sogar 30 min. Vorher dort gewesen in der kälte auf die öffnung gewartet... Rachenabstrich wurde gemacht. Das Ergebnis ist nach 24 h noch immer nicht da. Habe in der Apotheke angerufen. Mir ist gesagt worden dass der Bote gar nicht die Tests abgeholt hätte. Ich solle am besten nochmal kommen und den Test für meinem Sohn wiederholen. Reine Abzocke diese Apotheke. Das erste mal und nie wieder!!! Aber hauptsache 25,-€ kassiert von meiner Versicherung!!! Frechheit hoch 100!!! Konnte deswegen nicht zur Arbeit weil der Kindergarten mein Kind nicht nimmt ohne negativen Testergebnis! Bravo Da Vinci, ganz tolle Arbeit was ihr da leistet ?????? Deeply disappointed. Been there for the first time ever. Before that, I made an appointment for my toddler (throat swab at 8 am) via the website. Been there even 30 min before in the cold waiting for the opening... Throat swab was done. After 24 hours the result is still not there. I called the pharmacy. I was told that the messenger didn't even pick up the tests. I should come back and repeat the test for my son. This pharmacy is a total rip off. The first time and never again!!! But the main thing was 25, - € collected from my insurance! cheek to the power of 100!!! I couldn't go to work because the kindergarten wouldn't take my child without a negative test result! Bravo Da Vinci, great work you are doing there ??????
T	Tenzin chöwang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ob man ein Termin macht oder einfach testen geht, ist für denen egal . Man muss nicht ein Termin ausmachen , weil es unnötig ist. Man muss e Sowieso warten !!! Das Sinn des Reservieren verstehen sie leider nicht. Die Leute die ohne Termin kommen werden e vorgezogen und das machen sie immer !!! Würde mir aufgeklärten It doesn't matter to them whether you make an appointment or just go for a test. You don't have to make an appointment because it's unnecessary. You have to wait anyway!!! Unfortunately, they don't understand the point of reserving. People who come without an appointment are preferred and they always do that !!! would enlightened me
