Heute hat das Baby Schmerzen und das, was ich bekommen habe, ist laut Beipackzettel nicht fuer Säuglinge geeignet. Frechheit. Incompetent advice. Asked for baby pain relievers. We even talked about the dosage, the baby was there. Today the baby is in pain and, according to the package insert, what I got is not suitable for babies. Cheek.

Kein Nasenabstrich, nur Rachenabstrich und selbst den bekommt Sie nicht hin. Mit dem Teststäbchen kurz meine GAUMEN berührt und das wars! Total unverantwortlich!!! Avoid this pharmacy! The staff is unfriendly and the lady who does the PCR testing is totally incompetent. No nose swab, only throat swab and she can't even do that. Touched my PALATE with the test stick and that was it! Totally irresponsible!!!

Ich werde immer freundlich und kompetent beraten und kann die ganzen 1 Stern Rezessionen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich durfte durch meine vielen Besuche ein paar der Apothekerinnen näher kennenlernen das Personal ist so bemüht und gibt wirklich ihr bestes! Es ist nicht leicht wenn sich 300 Leute pro Tag testen lassen und nur weil man vllt mit einer Person nicht auskam ist es unfair das ganze Team mit den Bewertungen in Mitleidenschaft zu ziehen und ich hoffe mehr geben der Apotheke einer Chance. I visit this pharmacy every day and I don't understand all the negative reviews. I always receive friendly and competent advice and cannot understand all the 1 star recessions. Through my many visits, I was able to get to know a few of the pharmacists better. The staff is so hard-working and really does their best! It's not easy when 300 people get tested a day and just because you might not get along with one person it's unfair to affect the whole team with the reviews and I hope more give the pharmacy a chance.

Die Damen dort sind außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und so lieb zu meinem Sohn, dass er sie sogar zu seinem Geburtstag einladen will. Ich denke das sagt eh schon alles über dieses ganz besondere Team in der St. Florian Apotheke! We go to this pharmacy several times a week because our little son cannot gargle. The ladies there are extremely friendly, courteous and so nice to my son that he even wants to invite them to his birthday party. I think that says everything about this very special team at the St. Florian pharmacy!
