M	Manuela Gabl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In dem man immer warten muss auf die verschiedenen Größen sitzt man eine Dreiviertelstunde herum und es geht nichts weiter. Da hat man dann beim nächsten Schuh ein schlechtes Gewissen weil sie wieder rauf und runter rennen muss. Schlechte Idee von Humanic! In the one you always have to wait for the different sizes you sit around for three quarters of an hour and it does not work. Since then you have the next shoe a guilty conscience because they run back up and down. Bad idea of Humanic!

Als ich dann wieder ins Geschäft ging, um die Verkäuferinnen um einen Reinigungstipp zu fragen, waren sie extrem freundlich und haben die Schuhe für mich mit Reinigungsschaum geputzt. Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt und mich extrem gefreut. Vielen Dank! I bought white shoes here today, unfortunately after 10 minutes of carrying coffee poured over it. When I went back to the store to ask the sales assistants for a cleaning tip, they were extremely friendly and cleaned my shoes with cleaning foam. I've never experienced anything like that and I was extremely happy. Many Thanks!

Die Verkäuferinnen in der Filiale in der Innenstadt sind absolut nicht geeignet für den Verkauf! Unfreundlich, man wird schnippisch behandelt, ausgelacht und wenn es 18:20 ist und man noch Schuhe probiert wird man gebeten zu gehen weil ja um 18:30 geschlossen wird! Ich wollte ein paar Schuhe probieren und weil sie mir nicht gepasst haben wurde ich beschimpft, weil sie ja so oft (einmal) laufen musste wegen mir! War danach noch einmal dort weil ich dachte, die Dame hatte vielleicht einen schlechten Tag, aber NEIN. Meine beste Freundin und Freund waren auch ganz erstaunt. Einfach nur furchtbar! Worst shoe store in Innsbruck! Would never go there again !! The vendors in the downtown branch are absolutely not suitable for the sale! Unfriendly, you are treated snippetly, laughed at and if it is 6:20 p.m. and you are still trying on shoes you are asked to leave because it closes at 6:30 p.m.! I wanted to try some shoes and because they didn't fit me I was insulted because they had to walk so often because of me! Was there again afterwards because I thought the lady might have had a bad day, but NO. My best friend and boyfriend were also amazed. Just awful!

E	Evelyn Fellier-Posch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egal inzwischen welche Verordnung auf den Weg geschickt wird ,habe bis dato fast alles mit getragen ,jetzt ist genug ,wieder überall Masken Pflicht ,war heute dort hatte zwei paar Schuhe gesehen Gesamtwert 240 Euro ,da ich diesen Wahnsinn nicht mehr mit mache und keine Maske aufsetzten wollte ,meinte das Personal ich muss das Geschäft verlassen No matter which regulation is being sent, I've carried almost everything with me so far, now it's enough, masks are mandatory everywhere again, I was there today and saw two pairs of shoes total value 240 euros, because I'm no longer doing this madness and no mask wanted to touch down, the staff said I had to leave the shop
