★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Fenster! Leider gibts für Österreich genau soviele Servicetechniker, wie für diese Bewertung Sterne!! Sehr lange Wartezeiten bis man einen Termin bekommt!
 Great windows! Unfortunately there are just as many service technicians for Austria as there are stars for this rating! Very long waiting times until you get an appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vielen Dank für das tolle Kundenservice, habe für 25 Jahre alte Dachflächenfenster einen E-Teil gebraucht, die Damen am Telefon wussten sofort was ich meinte, noch dazu wurde es dann kostenlos geschickt. Sogar das Porto bezahlte Velux. DANKE SEHR!!!!!!
Thank you for the great customer service, I needed an E-part for 25-year-old skylights, the ladies on the phone knew what I was talking about immediately, and it was then sent free of charge. Velux even paid for the postage. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bewerte zwar nicht oft, aber das Velux Team verdient sogar mehr als 5 Sterne.
Ein kleines Ersatzteil wurde schnell und unkompliziert zugeschickt. Die Kosten dafür wurden von der Firma übernommen! Das nenne ich Kundenservice hoch 10!!
I don't rate often, but the Velux team even deserves more than 5 stars.
A small spare part was sent quickly and easily. The company took over the costs! That's what I call customer service to the power of 10 !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Service spottet jeder Beschreibung. Seit März 2020 (6 Monate) werde ich vom in Oberösterreich zuständigen Techniker vertröstet, dass er nicht kommen kann, weil sich die Anreise für ihn nicht auszahlt. Unser Dachfenster ist dermaßen verzogen, dass man zwischen Fenster und Rahmen durch einen Spalt von 3cm die Finger durchstrecken kann. Nach mehreren Anrufen beim Techniker direkt sowie in der Zentrale hat sich bisher noch immer niemand gemeldet. So wird Kundenservice nicht gemacht!
The service defies description. Since March 2020 (6 months) I have been put off by the technician responsible in Upper Austria that he cannot come because the journey does not pay off for him. Our roof window is so warped that you can put your fingers through a gap of 3 cm between the window and the frame. After several calls to the technician directly or to the headquarters, no one has yet answered. This is not how customer service is done!

Ich habe sehr spezielle Rückfragen zur nicht ganz einfachen Einbauanleitung per Mail gestellt und exakt darauf nach ein paar tagen präzise und hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. Absolut nicht selbstverständlich! Die Sonnenrollläden für Dachflächenfenster sind tatsächlich top!!
Absolutely top customer service! I asked very specific questions about the not so easy installation instructions by email and got a precise and helpful answer after a few days. Absolutely not to be taken for granted! The sun shutters for skylights are really great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Velux-Rollläden funktionierten sehr gut. Leider ist uns die Fernsteuerung zu Boden gefallen und funktioniert nun nicht mehr.
Das Problem - die Rollläden sind herunten, und in der Dachschräge (Penthousewohnung) lassen sich nun die 14 Fenster NICHT MEHR ÖFFNEN.
Bei Velux bekam ich die Antwort, dass ich auf einen Servicetechniker min. 4 Wochen warten müsste!
Trotz Erklärung, in welcher Lage wir uns befinden und die Dachwohnung so bei der Sommerhitze wohl nicht benutzbar wäre - das hat nicht geholfen. Sehr höflich, ... aber absolut nicht hilfreich!!!
My Velux shutters worked very well. Unfortunately, the remote control fell to the ground and no longer works.
The problem - the shutters are down and the 14 windows in the sloping roof (penthouse apartment) CANNOT BE OPENED.
At Velux I got the answer that I would have to wait at least 4 weeks for a service technician!
Despite an explanation of the situation in which we are and the attic apartment would probably not be usable in the summer heat - that didn't help. Very polite, ... but absolutely not helpful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volle 5 Sterne bzw auch gerne mehr für Velux bzw. deren Kundendienst.
Unsere 3 Veluxfenster sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und da sich der Vermieter bisher nicht darum kümmern will/wollte musste ich kurzfristig selbst Hand anlegen.
Bei einem Fenster ist das Schliessblech total kaputt bei den anderen 2 fast.
Also Velux vorgestern Abend per Mail unter Angabe der Fenstertype kontaktiert.
Gestern zeitigst in der Früh die schriftliche Zusage, dass benötige Artikel per Post KOSTENLOS an meine Adresse geschickt werden und heute Vormittag war das Päckchen da.
Eins steht fest: bei unserem geplanten Hausbau kommen Velux Fenster zum Einsatz, einen derart guten Kundenservice habe ich schon länger nicht mehr erlebt!

Our 3 Velux windows are getting a bit old and since the landlord doesn't / didn't want to take care of them so far, I had to lend a hand at short notice.
With one window the strike plate is totally broken with the other 2 almost.
So Velux contacted the evening before yesterday by email stating the window type.
Yesterday early in the morning the written confirmation that the required items will be sent by post to my address FREE of charge and the package was there this morning.
One thing is certain: Velux windows will be used in our planned house construction, I have not experienced such good customer service for a long time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service ist ein Katastrophe.
Service Mitarbeiter Tauschten beim Neubau ein defektes Flachdachfenster was bei der Lieferung beschädigt war.
5 Jahre Später fand ich heraus das der ganze Rahmen kaputt War und das die Servicemitabeiter nicht gesehen haben.
Jetzt habe ich kosten von 8000€.
Dann bekommt die Aussage das war nicht ihr Auftrag das Fenster zu Kontrollieren sonder nur das Glas zu tauschen.
Und das net man Service.
Service is a disaster.
Service employees exchanged a defective flat roof window in the new building, which was damaged on delivery.
5 years later I found out that the whole frame was broken and that the service people didn't see.
Now I have costs of 8000 €.
Then you get the statement that it was not your job to check the window, just to replace the glass.
And that's not one service.
