W	Waldmädchen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann man sich mal ansehen gehen. Für Kinder (von der naturinteressierten Sorte) sicher ein Highlight, die Mammutbäume stehen seit 1880 und haben wohl ein paar Tausend Spechte gesehen :). Hunde müssen an die Leine (Jagdrevier), kein Radfahren. Von Paudorf aus (Parkplätze am Bahnhof) ein ca. 6km Spaziergang, den man aber auch fast verdreifachen und easy mit der Göttweig kombinieren kann. Im Herbst gibts eine Vielzahl an Pilzen und wildes Beerenobst im Wald rundum. Der Mammutbaumgarten, und der ganze Waldlehrweg wirkt mittlerweile ein bisschen angemodert. Die Bänkchen zum Himmel-gucken am Mammutbaum sind schon sehr durch, wackeln gewaltig, oder stehen gar nicht mehr. You can go see it. A highlight for children (of the nature-loving variety), the sequoias have been around since 1880 and have probably seen a few thousand woodpeckers :). Dogs must be on a leash (hunting area), no cycling. From Paudorf (parking at the train station) it's a 6km walk, which you can almost triple and easily combine with the Göttweig. In autumn there are a variety of mushrooms and wild berries in the forest all around. The sequoia garden and the entire educational forest trail now seem a bit worn. The benches for looking at the sky on the sequoia tree are already very worn, wobble tremendously, or no longer stand at all.
B	Bettina Brandl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöner gepflegter Wald, gemütlicher Spazierweg entlang einer Forststraße. Unterwegs erhascht man einen tollen Blick auf das Stift Göttweig. Verschiedene Baumarten aus verschiedenen Regionen der Erde bereits ab 1880 gepflanzt - von Nordamerika über Europa, naher Osten, Korea, Japan... - mit den Namen auf Holztafeln vor den Bäumen. Eignet sich somit auch toll als Lehrpfad für Kinder und Erwachsene. Sitzgelegenheiten für zB zur Jause vorhanden. Beautiful, well-kept forest, a leisurely walk along a forest road. On the way you can catch a great view of Göttweig Abbey. Different tree species from different regions of the world planted as early as 1880 - from North America to Europe, the Middle East, Korea, Japan ... - with the names on wooden boards in front of the trees. It is therefore also great as an educational trail for children and adults. There is seating for a snack, for example.
P	Pia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vom Parkplatz bei dem Bahnübergang in Paudorf nach ca 1,3km zu erreichen. Leicht bergauf einer Forststrasse entlang. Die Mammutbäume selbst sind imposant und eingebettet in fremdländische Baumarten aus der ganzen Welt. Das Areal ist mit einem Zaun umgeben, den man aber über eine Holztreppe übersteigen kann. Es gibt Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen Spielplatz. From the parking lot at the level crossing in Paudorf after about 1.3km. Slightly uphill along a forest road. The sequoias themselves are imposing and embedded in foreign tree species from all over the world. The area is surrounded by a fence, which can be crossed using a wooden staircase. There is seating and a playground.

D	Doris Rammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurze Wanderung mit anfänglicher Steigung, die angegeben Stationen haben wir nicht alle gesehen, die Bäume sind beeindruckend, viele Tafeln mit Bezeichnung der ausländischen Bäume in einem kleinen eingezäunten Bereich Short hike with an initial incline, we did not see all of the stations indicated, the trees are impressive, many boards with names of foreign trees in a small fenced area
R	Rene Ruf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stand schon seit langem bei mir am Plan, nun endlich besucht. Am Ortsende von Paudorf ist eine kleine Brücke mit Parkplatz und der Wegbeschreibung. In 40 min ist man bei den Bäumen angekommen, lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wer mehr sehen will, kann gleich weiter zum Waxenberg gehen. Was on my plan for a long time, finally visited. At the end of Paudorf there is a small bridge with a parking lot and directions. In 40 minutes you have arrived at the trees, definitely worth it. If you want to see more, you can go straight on to the Waxenberg.
