Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich bemüht, aber unter großem Stress! Und: "Wie man in den Wald hineinruft...." Tipp: Warten, um zum Sachbearbeiter zu kommen, zahlt sich aus, nur abgegebene Anträge dauern in der Bearbeitung um Monate länger!
