Ja, es ist Corona und ja, es werden alle Maßnahmen eingehalten, das ist klar. Aber so unmotiviert und vorsichtige Nachfragen (wie so eine Trauung abläuft - man macht das ja nicht alle Tage) mit laschen Antworten abspeisen geht meiner Meinung nach echt nicht. Wir haben jetzt das Standesamt gewechselt. Positiv erwähnen muss ich aber noch einen Sachbearbeiter, der wirklich nett war bei den Telefonaten. A disaster! The registrar was totally unfriendly and not service-oriented. Yes, it is Corona and yes, all measures will be observed, that is clear. But so unmotivated and cautious inquiries (how such a wedding goes - you don't do that every day) with lax answers is really not in my opinion. We have now changed the registry office. I have to positively mention one clerk who was really nice during the phone calls.

Aber eine sehr nette Dame am Hörer und gleich alles erledigt am Telefon das Dokument wird zugesendet, einfach ein Toller Service! Danke. Had to call a couple of times in a row until they picked it up ... But a very nice lady on the phone and everything was done on the phone, the document was sent, simply a great service! Thanks.
F	Freund Der Berge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich unfreundlich und schlecht drauf die Dame mit der Papagei gefärbten Frisur bei der Anmeldung zum Standesamt. Glück gehabt, dass ich noch von ihr nicht gebissen wurde. Obwohl niemand im Haus war, bestand sie auf einer Online Anmeldung, halb so wild, nur hätte sie das in einem kundenfreundlichen Ton mitteilen können, statt mich wie letzten Trottel abzuweisen. 2 Damen sitzen alleine und drehen doe Daumen und sind trotzdem nicht in der Lage eine normale Auskunft zu erteilen. Ansonsten ist das ganze System im 19. Jahrhundert stecken geblieben. Alles in dreifacher Ausfertigung mit allen möglichen Stempeln. Man kommt sich vor wie in MA2412. Nicht einmal durch Corona ist hier etwas digitalisiert worden. Dazu kommen noch eigenartige Regeln, wie das nur in dem Standesamt eine Geburtsurkunde geholt werden kann, wo das Krankenhaus war. Wer denkt sich so etwas aus? Hallo es gibt Internet. Wieso soll es nicht möglich sein, eine Geburtsurkunde in Graz für ein in Wien geborenes Kind zu holen? Hier wiehert der Amtsschimmel und die Bundesländer. Alles Bundesweit regeln und gut ist es. There is an extra star for the employees. Die Verständigung über Mail sowie Terminvereinbarung war einwandfrei, auch bei unseren beiden Terminen vor Ort wurden wir jeweils sehr kompetent, freundlich und pünktlich betreut. Es erscheint alles gut organisiert mit motivierten Mitarbeitern. We were very satisfied. Communication via e-mail and making appointments was flawless, and we were looked after very competently, friendly and punctually during our two on-site appointments. Everything seems well organized with motivated employees.

Am Telefon wird mir nur von einem sehr unfreundlichen Herren gesagt das es nur per email geht. Ich mein was los mit euch habt ihr alle kein Lust auf euren Job ? Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert! Sehr schade! On the side it says that you need a pre-registration which you can either make by email or phone. On the phone I was only told by a very unfriendly gentleman that it was only possible by email. I mean what's wrong with you guys don't you feel like doing your job? Not recommendable at all! What a shame!
