Die wissen dass sie am längeren Hebel sitzen wenn drauf ankommt und das zeigen sie einem.....bin entsetzt von so viel Unfreundlichkeit die da an den Tag gelegt wird Insanely unfriendly people are sitting there ....... I'm horrified ..... Got different information three times .... They know that they are on the longer lever when it matters and they show you that ..... I am appalled by so much rudeness that is being displayed

Werde ewig lang nicht verbunden und dann wird das Telefon aufgehängt- stundenlang versucht einen faulen Beamten zu erreichen-erfolglos..Man hört noch die Damen im Hintergrund kurz lachen, dann besetzt zeichen. Email geschrieben-keine Antwort. Shame on you! I am not connected for ages and then the phone is hung up-trying for hours to reach a lazy officer-unsuccessful. You can hear the ladies in the background laughing briefly, then sign busy. Email written - no answer.

Okay, da ist Parkverbot zu gewissen Uhrzeiten aber warum bekomme ich in einer Schlange von Autos im Parkverbot als EINZIGE einen Strafzettel und die anderen nie? Sehr komisch. Das werde ich ab jetzt in Zukunft sehr genau beobachten. Das kanns ja nicht sein! Got parking tickets in front of my own house 2 times in a row. Okay, there is no parking at certain times of the day, but why am I the ONLY one in a line of no-parking cars getting a ticket and the others never? Very funny. From now on I will be watching that very closely in the future. That can't be it!

Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen ich zutun hatte, waren sehr höflich und sehr bemüht. Alles ging sehr zügig und zuverlässig. Ich war nach 5 Minuten wieder draußen. Perfekt - vielen Dank! Had to go to the passport office regarding activation of the mobile phone signature. I made an appointment online beforehand. All of the staff I dealt with were very polite and tried very hard. Everything went very quickly and reliably. I was outside again after 5 minutes. Perfect thank you!
