★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Personal könnte etwas freundlichen sein. Hab gewartet das ich dran komme. Als ich dran war, verschwand die Verkäuferin wortlos nach hinten und kam erst ca. 5 min später wieder.
 Not reachable by phone. Staff could be a little friendly. Waited for my turn When it was my turn, the saleswoman disappeared backwards without a word and only came back about 5 minutes later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine etwas aggressive private Chopleiterin die immer wieder drauf hinweist das Sie keine direkte Magenta Partnerin ist und deshalb weder mit der Technik sprich 4-5 G Empfang vermittelt kann. Es ist ihr egal was die Techniker sagen. Sie ist Privat und Verkauft nur das Produkt Magenta, deshalb hat Sie auch andere Konditionen.
A somewhat aggressive private chop leader who repeatedly points out that she is not a direct Magenta partner and therefore cannot convey 4-5 G reception with the technology. She doesn't care what the technicians say. It is private and only sells the product magenta, so it has other conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben in diesem Geschäft über drei Jahre hinweg leider wiederholt enttäuschende Erfahrungen gemacht. Trotz einiger Käufe und Vertragsverlängerungen war immer wieder Unwilligkeit zur Hilfestellung gegeben. Eine Reklamation zu einem dort gekauften iPhone wurde erst nach mehrfacher und massiver Beschwerde bei patzigen Mitarbeitern überhaupt angenommen (man wollte nur auf Apple verweisen). Gestern kaufte meine Mutter ein Apple SE in weiß, bekam es aber in schwarz. Über Nachfrage hieß es, man tausche Generell nicht um wenn auch nur die Schachtel geöffnet wurde und außerdem hätte man nur schwarz. Meine Schwester rief zuvor noch an und man bestätigte, dass schwarz und weiß da wäre... kurzum ein wirklich schlecht geführtes Geschäft!
Unfortunately, we have repeatedly had disappointing experiences in this business over three years. Despite several purchases and contract extensions, there was always unwillingness to help. A complaint about an iPhone bought there was only accepted after multiple and massive complaints from snotty employees (they just wanted to refer to Apple). Yesterday my mother bought an Apple SE in white, but got it in black. When asked, it was said that you generally do not exchange if you just opened the box and you would only have black. My sister called beforehand and they confirmed that there would be black and white ... in short, a really bad business!
