E	Elvis Husic-Behic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine ehrliche Meinung zu dem Shop ist, es ist die Reine Katastrophe extrem lange Wartezeiten, habe 40min gewartet um eine Auskunft von 2min zu bekommen. Schlechte Leistung für so einen bekannten Telekom - Anbieter. My honest opinion about the shop is that it is a pure catastrophe, extremely long waiting times, I waited 40 minutes to get information from 2 minutes. Bad performance for such a well-known telecom provider.
A	Andreas Schobesberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War mit meiner Mutter am Silvestertag dort, um ihr Wertkartenhandy registrieren zu lassen. Alles in allem hat keine fünf Minuten gedauert!!! Bedienung äußerst freundlich, war positiv überrascht und würde wieder kommen. Was there with my mother on New Year's Eve to register her prepaid cell phone. All in all it took less than five minutes !!! Service extremely friendly, was pleasantly surprised and would come again.

Unterbesetzter Service, schicken meinen 60jährigen Vater wieder heim, ohne funktionierenden Neugerät..... Schade!! A1 is no longer what it used to be! 20 min waiting loop without getting through. Understaffed service, send my 60 year old father home again, without a working new device ..... Pity!!
P	P Bilek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst der eine Stern ist zuviel hier! Offenbar läuft das Geschäft so schlecht dass man unter falschen Tatsachen Handys und Verträge verkaufen muss. Habe für eine Freundin ein Handy gekauft und meinen Vertrag verlängert unter der Voraussetzung dass sie auch bei A1 ist was mir die Mitarbeiterin 3 mal bestätigt hat. 2 Tage später war ich mit der besagten Freundin im Laden weil sie doch kein A1 hat und wollte wissen was das soll. Mir wurde erst eine kostenlose Entsperrung angeboten und ich solle in 30 Min wiederkommen. Ich kam wieder und wurde erstmal von der Inhaberin angemault weil ich im komplett leeren Geschäft kein Ticket gezogen habe um dann zu erfahren dass die Entsperrung 150€ kostet und meine Freundin einen Vertrag bei A1 machen soll. Ich wurde dann zum A1 Support verwiesen welcher mir sagte dass die kein Supportanliegen sein sondern mit der Filiale geklärt werden muss. Ein österreichischer Staatsbürger hat ein 14 tägiges Rücktrittsrecht bei allen Verträgen die er mit Unterschrift abschließt aber das hat die Filialleiterin wehement abgestritten. Habe jetzt 2 Jahre lang 150€ zu zahlen weil die nichts zurücknehmen und sich an keine Gesetze halten. Vielen Dank an A1 dass sie jedem Kriminellen einen Laden eröffnen lassen. Even one star is too much here! Apparently business is so bad that you have to sell mobile phones and contracts under false facts. I bought a cell phone for a friend and extended my contract on the condition that she is also with A1, which the employee confirmed to me 3 times. 2 days later I was in the store with the said friend because she doesn't have an A1 and wanted to know what that's supposed to be. I was first offered a free unlock and told me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back and was first scolded by the owner because I didn't take a ticket in the completely empty shop, only to find out that unlocking it costs €150 and that my girlfriend should sign a contract with A1. I was then referred to A1 Support, who told me that this was not a support issue but had to be clarified with the branch. An Austrian citizen has a 14-day right of withdrawal for all contracts that he concludes with a signature, but the branch manager vehemently denied this. I have now had to pay €150 for 2 years because they don't take anything back and don't obey any laws. Thanks to A1 for letting every criminal open a shop.
