Meine Wohnung hatte bei Übergabe Kratzer im Fensterglas, welche "natürlich" nicht behoben werden.
Die Fußbodenheizung benötigt 2 Tage (!) bis eine Wärme spürbar wird.
Es ist offensichtlich, dass der beworbenen "herausragenden Qualität" in keinster Weise nachgekommen wird. Enttäuschend.
 Not recommendable.
My apartment had scratches in the window glass when it was handed over, which "of course" cannot be fixed.
The underfloor heating needs 2 days (!) Until a warmth can be felt.
It is obvious that the advertised "outstanding quality" is in no way complied with. Disappointing.
