Jede noch so "blöde" Frage, wird rasch und verständlich beantwortet! Auch Termindruck ist kein Problem - in kürzester Zeit wurden all meine Wünsche und Ideen umgesetzt und schlussendlich meine wunderschöne Homepage online gestellt! Ein riesengroßes Lob an das gesamte Team und ein besonders großes DANKESCHÖN an Claudia!!! Ich bin sehr glücklich mit meiner Homepage und werde mich auch bei meinem nächsten EDV-Problem wieder vertrauensvoll an das ComputerZentrum wenden :) The computer center in the Esterhazygasse is characterized by professional as well as human competence! Any even "stupid" question will be answered quickly and understandably! Deadline is not a problem - in no time all my wishes and ideas were implemented and finally put my beautiful website online! Unser Sohn versuchte uns soweit wie möglich zu helfen aber das war mir auf Dauer zu mühsam. Aufgrund einer persönlichen Empfehlung eines Freundes kam ich zum Computerzentrum und muss sagen der Tipp war SUPER. Ich Belegte ein paar Kurse, und siehe da, ich komme mit meinem neuen Notebook viel besser zurecht. Mein Dank gilt dem ganzen Team das sich meinen Fragen und Wünschen immer stellte und immer eine Idee hatte wie mein „Problem“ gelöst werden kann. PS: Ich bin dem Club beigetreten der mir Support bietet und meine Computererfahrung sehr bereichert. Ich kann das Computerzentrum jedem von euch empfehlen After getting a great notebook for my 70th birthday, I found myself increasingly having problems with the operation. Our son tried to help us as much as possible but that was too much trouble for me in the long run. Due to a personal recommendation of a friend, I came to the computer center and must say the tip was SUPER. I've been teaching a few classes, and lo and behold, I'm getting along much better with my new notebook. My thanks go to the whole team who always asked my questions and wishes and always had an idea how my "problem" can be solved. PS: I joined the club which provides support and enriches my computer experience. I can recommend the computer center to each of you

Wirklich empfehlen kann ich auch die EDV-Seminare. Kompetente Erklärung und hervorragende Aufbereitung der Kursinhalte mit persönlicher Betreuung - wo findet man das heute sonst noch! No matter what problem I came to the computer center with so far - they always took a lot of time and solved all problems - thank you! I can really recommend the IT seminars. Competent explanation and excellent preparation of the course content with personal support - where else can you find that today!

Ich kann mir gar nicht vorstellen, wie ich all die Probleme gelöst hätte, die mit meinen Laptops und PCs in den letzten fast 20 Jahren aufgetreten sind, wenn ich nicht immer wieder die Hilfe von jemandem vom Team des Computerzentrums in Anspruch nehmen hätte können. Rasch, kompetent und äußerst freundlich wird jedes Problem gelöst, sei es, dass man sich einen Virus eingefangen hat, man Beratung für den Kauf eines neuen Gerätes benötigt oder man sich gerne irgendwelche individuellen Programme erstellen lassen möchte. Einfach super das Team des Comuterzentrums! Danke, dass es Euch gibt - hoffentlich noch viele, viele Jahre! The purchase of my first PC coincided practically at the same time that I met Wolfgang Palluch in 1999. I can't imagine how I would have solved all the problems my laptops and PCs have had in the past almost 20 years if I hadn't been able to get the help of someone from the computer center team again and again. Every problem is solved quickly, competently and extremely friendly, be it that you have caught a virus, you need advice on the purchase of a new device or you would like to have any individual programs created. Simply super the team of the computer center! Thank you for being there - hopefully many, many more years!

Ich wurde vom ersten Moment an in angenehmer, kollegialer Atmosphäre sehr freundlich empfangen und kompetent betreut. Trotz schwerwiegender Probleme mit meinem Laptop - die über mehrere Tage nicht gelöst werden konnten (was wohl auch nicht möglich war) - wurde schließlich eine sehr korrekte und entgegenkommende Lösung gefunden. Bin mit der Arbeit und den Services sehr zufrieden und kann daher das ComputerZentrum nur jedermann sehr empfehlen! Werde sicher auch in Zukunft meine Probleme dort lösen lassen. Had serious problems with my laptop. I was received from the first moment in a pleasant, collegial atmosphere very friendly and competent. Despite serious problems with my laptop - which could not be solved for several days (which was probably not possible) - finally a very correct and accommodating solution was found. I am very satisfied with the work and the services and can therefore highly recommend the Computer Center to anyone! Will certainly solve my problems there in the future.
