I was looking for a bath bomb and got very competent help explaining the different uses and benefits of some of their products. And before leaving I got free samples of even more cosmetics! Over all great and friendly atmosphere, I will visit again for sure!

I do not speak austrian-german good but had never problem being understood. There was a very nice girl who is from Czechia and so we could speak czech to each other! Will visit again, the shop has great selection and very very very helpful staff, definitelly recommend! ?

In particular I like that you always try to find the most suitable product for your clients. You’re very familiar with all the different kinds of fragrances you have to offer and thus I never went home having bought something that didn’t turn out to be more than great! Then trying to force me to use a basket THREE times because „it’s Christmas season“. Honestly in times of covid I’m definitely not gonna be forced to touch a wicker basket that can’t be cleaned properly. I will be sticking to the excellent Lush stores on Rotenturmstraße and in Donauzentrum from now on.
