Ich hatte Anfang September bei Luv the shop einen Sweater, ein Top und eine Mütze bestellt und habe die Ware bis zum heutigen Tag nicht erhalten. Nun sind mehr als drei Monate verstrichen und ich bin auf den Kosten für eine Ware, dich ich nicht erhalten habe, sitzengeblieben. Das Team zeigt sich wenig bis gar nicht hilfsbereit und verweist auf die Deutsche Post, obwohl der Verkäufer im Fall eines Nichterhaltes die Kosten tragen sollte. Meine Mails werden ignoriert und eine kulante Lösung wurde mir nicht angeboten. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass ein Laden im gehobenen Preissegment zur Strategie des Ghostings greift. Mir wäre das als Verkäuferin peinlich. Ziemlich traurig. Würde nach dieser Erfahrung Luv the shop nicht mehr empfehlen! I have to say that I am very disappointed! At the beginning of September I ordered a sweater, a top and a hat from Luv the shop and have not received the goods to this day. Now more than three months have passed and I have been left stuck with the cost of a product that I did not receive. The team is not very helpful or not at all helpful and refers to Deutsche Post, although the seller should bear the costs in the event of non-receipt. My emails are ignored and I was not offered a fair solution. Wouldn't have thought that a store in the upper price segment would use the ghosting strategy. That would be embarrassing for me as a saleswoman. Pretty sad. Wouldn't recommend Luv the shop anymore after this experience!
