Recently checked in to a unit and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. There is a point of contact onsite, however, they have minimal decision making power and their primary role is to facilitate check in and check out. Any concerns or inquiries must be directed to them via email, even while staying at the property. When we checked in, it was a very hot day in Vienna and the temperature was right under 90 degrees Fahrenheit. We were told there is no AC in the room which concerned us as I experience heat induced swelling in my feet and hands. We called, texted and sent an email expressing our concerns and asked if it would be possible to receive a refund for nights 2 & 3 due to these unforseen circumstances. We received no response even the next day and then proceeded to notify the company we booked our reservation through. They tried to get a hold of the property and didn't receive a response. Due to our concerns, we ended up checking out and were told by the booking company they were unable to get a response from the hotel. We just received a response today from the hotel and it's been 5 days since we surfaced our concerns. Absolutely ridiculous! Vienna is a tourist destination with many options for accommodations. Do yourself a huge favor and do not book here. As an aside, there is only one elevator for the building and if someone doesn't close it properly then it will not work. This makes it difficult when you're carrying many things or after a long day of walking no one wants to walk 5 flights of stairs.

Terrible place to stay during the summer time. Upon checking the apartment was hotter than the outside. Check in person apologized in advance for the heat and explained why all the windows and curtains were shut with a pitiful fan blowing hot air around the room. We attempted MULTIPLE times to get a hold of the individuals in charge and had no success. We were forced to vacate when we could no longer bear the heat while trying to sleep. Do yourself a favor and book a hotel room instead! Travelers be warned!
