Fazit: 2 Jacken wurden NICHT imprägniert und eine teure Jacke wurde sogar beschädigt, was die mir weder gemeldet haben noch ersetzen wollten. => schlichtungsstelle. ICH EMPFEHLE SALESIANER MIETTEX in 1140 wien, da diese in einem schadensfall zu ihrem fehler stehen und ihre Kunden nicht für blöd verkaufen wollen. A SINGLE CHEATER JUICE SHOP !!!! 4 jackets brought over to be washed and waterproofed. Conclusion: 2 jackets were NOT impregnated and an expensive jacket was even damaged, which they neither reported to me nor wanted to replace. => arbitration board. I RECOMMEND SALESIANER MIETTEX in 1140 vienna, because in the event of damage they will stand by their mistake and don't want to sell their customers for stupid things.

Nun habe ich auch einen Matratzenschoner reinigen lassen. Erst zuhause ist mir aufgefallen, dass sehr viele (>10) fremde Haare daran haften. Ziemlich eklig! Friendly owners and good service. I always bring my woolen coats here and was always very satisfied. Now I have had a mattress protector cleaned. It was only at home that I noticed that a lot of (> 10) foreign hair stuck to it. Pretty gross!

Sind die Flecken immer noch zu sehen, die Stellen wo sie waren sind fusselig und die am Ärmel haben sie komplett ignoriert... "es wurde nur chemische Reinigung notiert" war die Rechtfertigung. Wie bitte? Keine Entschuldigung für das 'Übersehen' von Flecken.. Got mustard stains on my winter jacket and showed them to the branch where they are everywhere.. I'll pick up the jacket after it's ready... Are the stains still visible, the places where they were are fluffy and they have them on the sleeves completely ignored... "only dry cleaning was noted" was the justification. I'm sorry, what? No excuse for 'overlooking' stains..
